I purchased a GTLite pro from Next Level and am delighted with it. It's an excellent racing seat, which is comfortable and takes my direct drive wheel with no issues. It folds away just enough so I can save space when I want to use my PC for normal use aside from sim racing.

I made a mistake when purchasing the seat and didn't apply the discount code that was available for an offer they had, yet they refunded me the difference after enquiring. I wasn't expecting that and I massively appreciated their help. Highly recommended!

I've bought an ERS4 seat and HF8 Pro pad from Next Level racing.

The HF8 Pro was very disappointing for console use.

With extra investment I eventually got it working to some level but it was definitely a bit of a waste of time and money.

That said, Next Level Racing did everything they could to put things right and ensure that the customer experience was a positive one.

Clearly a company that cares about their reputation.

First and foremost, I want to thank Caleb and Cameron at NLR for their proactive service, courtesy and willingness help. And of course NLR for hiring high quality representatives. It makes a difference when you're working with people who love what they do.

I just set up my new NLR MSFS Special Edition simulator, and then decked it out with MOZA's complete Forced Feedback Suite of Flight controllers; INCREDIBLE! It feels like I won the Lottery.

But in the beginning when I was researching simulators and watching YouTube videos, I wasn't sure that NLR's MSFS simulator was capable of mounting both the MOZA YA210 and AB6 joystick together. Specifically when watching YouTube videos that expressed concern on the center pole's ability to support and accommodate a dual mounting of the AY210 and the AB6. The concern was how stable or wobbly the AY210 might be.

Well let me tell you, I literally only had to drill one hole to allow it to fit perfectly. I was totally blown away with the Next Level Racing Simulator quality and how complete the whole package was. Everything fit perfectly. There were ZERO problems! Every piece matched every whole and lined up perfectly. Some of the YouTube videos said NLR had problems with the seat track not lining up correctly and how hard it was to actually get the seat to work. So in preparation, I decided to watch your tutorial twice, so when I got to the seat, and it showed the technique to mount it with ease, it became a non event, it was effortless. I just couldn't get over how easy the install was and how straight forward and perfect it was. And then to have extra parts left over was so thoughtful because it allowed me the luxury of knowing that if I ever decided to try another configuration, I could. That level of thoroughness demonstrated to me the incredible amount of planning and forethought that went into making the MSFS a success. As a program and project manager I experientially know how difficult it is to attain this level of thoroughness and it only happens when to the magnitude of the projects Scope was accurately assessed and that's hard to do. NLR's quality control and client satisfaction are the results of such planning. The MSFS product was just so complete! I am overwhelmed with gratitude on how satisfied and pleased I am with this incredible simulator. After I installed the Moza, I was happily surprised to see how brilliant your product adapted to it. There isn't even a trace of wobble in the yoke and it's as solid as the Rock of Gibraltar, and I only used what came with kit. I am so impressed with NLR and Moza. At first I hesitated to order Moza and cancel my Virpil order that was still on backorder because I know how perfect the Virpil controls fit your products, I've seen it first hand. When I first viewed the Moza yoke handle it looked so average, and I just wasn't sure because Virpil is a given in their quality and build. Yet I wanted forced feedback and when I opened the box for the first time and felt it and experienced it, my viewpoint totally changed. When I look at it now, it is with awe and respect for a beautiful and impressive piece of work. My gratitude and respect for Next Level Racing and Moza is hard to express adequately. The beauty and functionality of the MSFS Special Edition cockpit with Moza's whole flight suite, is simply beyond belief. My initial worries were immediately tossed out the window once your simulator arrived and I assembled it. The satisfaction I received during and after the build was simply fabulous and it is all due to your videos and most importantly the quality, fit and finish of NLR products. But the crowning event was this evening when I had my first flight, in that cushioned seat and the experience of the total simulator was one of those very special moments in my life. Forced feedback from Moza in concert with the NLR Simulator, well, it doesn't get any better than this (that is until my Motion Plus gets here along with my new Pimax Dream air) but even with my current Meta Quest 3, the VR experience in this new cockpit was unbelievable and has redefined and reawakened my flight simulation life. Thank you NLR and Moza for proving how important experience is when coupled with a pro-active approach from their long term R&D in auto racing and forced feedback, which has put both of you in another league. I could never go back.

I bought a Wheelstand 2.0 and it's a great product, sturdy and well designed if you don't have much space.
When moving a small handle was lost and I got a replacement without problems in no time, great customer care and support!
I'll definitely buy more products from NLR in the future, very satisfied with the experience.

I got the GT 2.0. Some parts of the build were a little frustrating but that’s fine… you should never expect to build anything without some hiccups but these were very minor.
I’m glad Next Level Racing put extra screws and washers of different sizes because I used some of them. There is no flex in the rig unless you’re swinging out of it and at that point you might as well go to the gym and use a smith machine.
Overall I am super happy with the product

I bought a sim racing rig accessory, and it came with only two of the four sticky pads in the package.

Calleb was fantastic, responded to my query promptly and courteously, and was able to not only send me the missing pads, but also replacements for the spare pads I ended up using from another NLR purchase.

The support from Next Level Racing is just on another level! They responded to my ticket very quickly and solved the issue via email in an hour or less!

After several delays the customer service person i spoke got my order out to me the following day

Let me just start by saying their customer service is absolutely phenomenal, whether you're buying their entry level GT Lite rig or the more advanced ones, the Next Level team is always responsive and super helpful. Not only did they help me when we bought our first rig, but they also got back to me when I asked them for recommendation on steering wheels and pedals.

My son karts competitively in Europe and we now use their Go Kart Plus karting rig to sim on tracks before championships. I would recommend their product to anyone, pro or amateur. Great experience. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for all things sim.
