I've been using NHR oils for about 15 years now. My experience with essential oils over the years has only validated that NHR oils are absolutely the best quality one can find in this world, along with their unparalleled library of choices for both common and hard to find extracts and pure base oils - sea fennel are you kidding!!!. For many years there was a Canadian distributor for NHR (I live in Canada) but recently this arrangement ended for whatever reason and I was forced to purchase directly from their home in the UK (as I can't buy any other brand knowing NHR has them!). To be honest I was terrified ordering several hundreds of dollars of oils coming from overseas... However my package was shipped within 3 days of ordering (delivery to Canada was only $30 for 9x 30-50ml bottles of essential oils and 3x 250ml base oils), tracking info was stellar and I could follow it's path to Canada, and it showed up within the week so well packaged you could tell it was sent off with love and care. **No duties**, only Cdn taxes to pay upon arrival (it was transferred to Fedex in Canada)and I am over the moon happy with my box of gorgeous smelling bottles, in fact I'm going to go rub my face now with Passionfruit oil and Sea Fennel. Thank you NHR!

We initially had some miscommunication but then they reached out to me apologising for the delay. They fully refunded the order and sent me some free gifts. I have appreciated the call and apologies.

Where do I start with this review?

I haven't found a supplier with higher quality control than NHR when it comes to fine fragrance ingredients.

They go above and beyond any other company in terms of compliance and quality control of their product.

All of their oils come with certificates of analysis and the oils always meet the analytical specification that they provide.

Goods are always dispatched within 3-days even when they say they are experiencing high-volumes of orders.

The parcels are meticulously well packaged.

I have ordered from NHR Organic Oils a couple of times now. I find both the selection and quality of their oils to be unrivalled. The service given on my last order particularly was fantastic and they were extremely helpful in accommodating my special request. I will continue to use NHR Organic Oils and recommend them to others.

As a clinical aromatherapist these oils are the best, have multiple other companies but found myself always going back to this company. When I did a course in London with a leading teacher in the subject I was drawn to the purity and beauty of NHR. Most of their oils are like fine wines and mature with age. I will only buy from other companies if NHR don’t have the essential oil. I truly believe their oils are more therapeutic than others I have used clinically within my practice.

I have been buying their oils for a year now. Excellent oils with full traceability. A game changer to anyone serious in using essential oils. Most are food grade. On the phone they are very helpful. All the deliveries have come with in a few days. They have become my preferred supplier. I would highly recommend you give them a try.
