most nerve easing experience
Came in today and honestly was a little intimidated by the items inside but the lady working the floor immediately calmed my nerves, she was so nice and genuine. Gave amazing advice and even helped to demonstrate how to use the toys and settings and explained what would be best for what purpose. Made the experience so calm and eased all nerves, she was so professional yet so human and none judgmental which is hard to come by at this point. Thank you so much for such a different yet positive experience

I visited Nice 'n' Naughty for the first time on Wednesday 15th January, with my long-distance partner, and I’m so glad we made it a top priority on our date in Chester! The staff member, Sophie was amazing—super friendly, bubbly, and really informative. She made us feel totally comfortable and helped us pick out some great things.
The store itself has a fantastic range of products, and the atmosphere was really relaxed. We both felt at ease asking questions and getting advice. The purchases we made have already added a new level of fun and excitement to our relationship, even when we’re apart. It’s definitely made things even stronger and more playful.
I can’t recommend Nice 'n' Naughty enough—it was the perfect stop during our day in Chester, and we’ll definitely be back. Such a great experience!

Great first impressions to a hopeful repeat customer.
This was my first order from NnN, and I was very impressed. Order was despatched same day, packaging was secure and discreet, and there were some nice little touches that made you feel like a valued customer and gave one the feeling that you were appreciated.
Overall, I'm very pleased with their service, very happy with the product, and is very likely I would order from them again.

I've had 2 vibrators in my life, but this one is something else! I love the choice of speed and different pulses that alternate at the rabbit end and the head. The spinning button, when activated, close to climax, shoots you to another level! An impressive powerful bit of kit. The only downside is I'd have liked a wider button, it's quite slim and not all that easy to operate.
