I ordered before mid day and my item…
I ordered before mid day and my item arrived the following day. Super fast processing of my order. Item arrived well packaged. My item required an Allen key which did not arrive with the item but the missing key was posted out before I even realised it was missing with a lovely e mail apologising which was just 1st rate customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase again from this retailer. 5 stars well deserved. Thank you for stocking such great items and for caring about your customer!

I recently visited the Warrington…
I recently visited the Warrington boutique and was amazed by the various options of toys and lingerie available. Staff were lovely and very knowledgeable and I’m very happy with the products I’ve purchased. I would highly recommend the heated affair rabbit, it’s fantastic, very comfortable and great fun.

Always a pleasure
We have visited Nice and Naughty in store many times, but we wanted to buy some things at a time when we couldn't get into store so used the website.
In store the staff are so welcoming and helpful, they leave you to browse and offer help if required.
Will definitely be shopping with Nice and Naughty again
