NFI Recruitment Feedback

In general, we receive good candidates from Nigel Frank. As per numerous surveys completed though the rates are extremely high. A further point of note is that I understand that Nigel Frank will also endeavour to obtain the best package for their candidates however Mint will always determine the CTC Offering and do not operate on an expected CTC proposed. On occasion the process can also seem a bit rushed, almost pushy. Overall, though, the experience was positive, however.
