If there was a minus star, that would be my opinion. Terrible quality, colours I shipped, label on bag different from colour in the bag. I am trying to return everything, but apparently the email address for customer service does not work. Don’t fall for their BS. Every piece is deficient in EVERY way.

Does trust pilot even read the reviews? All the positive ones sound like Ninacloak staff wrote them and the negative ones are a big red flag.

I ordered several shirts and a bracelet. Four of the five shirts fit terrible. I chose to return the four shirts. Problem is, no return label is supplied, so return postage is on the customer and to make things worse, you have return ship to CHINA. I filed a complaint with Paypal after trying to resolve with Ninacloak. Then I get an offer from Ninacloak to reimburse me half of the cost of the shirts and for me to keep everything. I pitched the shirts and accepted the offer just so I didn’t have to deal with anything more from this company. If there was a zero to rate this company, quality and service, that is what I would rate it!

How is it possible that Ninacloak has any positve reviews? My order was for Ethnic style flower sandals. I promptly received my order and the shoes are beautiful, except the material on the back of each shoe is unevenly cut and pieced together with gaps showing. I made several attempts to contact them by e-mail as well as by phone. I don't believe the phone number is a good number as it gives a strange tone and cuts off. I never received any responses to my e-mails. I wanted to make an exchange but have not been able to reach them.

Ordered 4 clothing items on June 7th 2021. The purchased items were ‘Significantly NOT AS Described’- 1 item was a completely different than originally ordered, the other 3 items were misrepresented and the quality of all the purchased items was very poor so they were unusable.
The sizes were way off and clothes looked very cheap. There was no labels on those clothes with the information to say who makes them, what fabric they are made of, maintenance instructions etc…
I do have a serious concerns regarding placement of my order and order handling as well. I never was able to enter a discount code received from the seller. The way their webpage has been designed is confusing, misleading or maybe it was designed that way on purpose. Before you enter discount code you have to select a payment method, in my case, I had the PayPal button available. As soon as I clicked on the PayPal button I was not able to proceed to the next page to enter my discount code as my credit card was already charged via PayPal. I wanted to cancel my order right away (in less than 5 minutes), but such an option was not available and the order status was showing status shipped. The company charged my credit card upon receipt of the order, not when it was shipped out. My order was shipped on June 18th, so at least 10 days after I had placed it (June 7th). This is a Chinese owned company. Please note that you have to return any of your orders to China and the return shipment cost will not be refunded. So be very careful in trusting this Company!

This is an honest review of the items I did receive. Delivery took about 6-7 weeks. Do not waste your money! Do not buy anything from this company unless you like small cheaply made clothes. I ordered 5-7 pieces. One item was delivered separately from everything else. The exterior package said size 2x, the actual pants was an xl, but looked like a small. I ordered a 4x. You either have large sizes or you don’t. I finally received the remaining items last week. Again, TRASH! DO NOT BUY! Only opened one package; which again was not the size I ordered. They are just taking peoples money from trying them out I guess. I will tell anyone NOT to buy from them. I will continue to try to get my money back from them or PayPal. money or time in any of their clothes. And I don’t believe these others reviews on here. They just can’t be real based on what I received.

Absolute scam!! I ordered some cute tops and they duplicated my order, charged me twice, and refused to accept a return (unless I paid for the return shipping to CHINA!?!) for the duplicated items! What am I supposed to do with two of each top? Why wouldn’t they accept a return of the duplicates? I was absolutely scammed! Buyer BEWARE!!

I received the wrong tshirt, and the one I received is ugly and headed for the garbage.
I have communicated with them through several emails and sent pictures of the incorrect tshirt,and in order to be refunded for the tshirt they did not sent me, I have to pay another $15 in shipping to return it to China, which they will not reimburse.
I will never buy from this company again.

TOTAL GARBAGE!
The "excellent" and "good" reviews are fake. Don't trust them! This is what they do: they debit your card on the day of the order. 5 weeks later they send you a garbage product that doesn't resemble what your purchased in any way. You complain... they offer you a minimal "discount voucher" for your next order. Your complain again. They say they'll credit your card with a tiny partial refund, and you can keep the product. The credit doesn't happen.

Absolute SHOKING quality , and doll sizes . The better reviews on here are clearly planted , stay well away , pictures look good , all part of the scam .....!!!!!

Ordered 9 items. not good quality. on line pics do not reveal a lot of the seemingly lovely designs are cheaply screen printed on thin polyester like fabric even though described as cotton, denim etc. Not impressed. not shopping here again. Sizes seriously inconsistent too.

I will NEVER use this site again. I paid for expedited shipping. It took 4 weeks to arrive. Way past when I needed the order. The clothes look OK: one top was wrong color(no biggie as I liked the color); one was MIA. Came a week later.

I am a 2X. As I am at the larger end, to be safe I got a 3X. that is 24-26 women's size. I couldn't even get them on. They were more like XL or 1XL. They sent me a 70% discount. Why? Won't be able to know what size I am getting. Crappy.

My wife order several blouses - took forever to get here and they turned out to be cheap junk that didn't fit. They would not give her a return address to send them back. We learned a $125 lesson. Please do not buy from these unscrupulous, fraudulent, and deceptive people.

It took a month to get my order delivered. Shipping process is poor and convoluted. I ordered 6 shirts. I received one shirt total. When I saw that my order was coming from China, I knew I had, more than likely, been scammed. I have emailed the company but have heard nothing. Lesson learned. Do not order from any company that pops up on your phone. Look at reviews of company first.

Cheap and nasty products that aren't as advertised.
I ordered linen tops and got polyester. One of the tops also had several holes in it.They offered a voucher which I will never use as the products are so rubbish and I will not order from them again.
I'm just going to throw them in the bin .

Total garbage. Dont buy from them. They misrepresent their clothing. 2 of the 5 “ cotton” articles I bought are clearly very cheap polyester and look nothing like the photos and are cheaply made. Sizing is very inconsistent. Will cost more to return the items than I paid. Their reply - they are not responsible for the cost of returns...despite the fact the items I bought are not as they described!! Lesson learned....will never buy from them again.

Very poor quality, items are hugely different to what it's presented in photos. Don't even think about ordering in case you want to waste your money. My order ended up in the bin

ordered one item and received another. cheap material. they wanted to keep this item and they would refund me 6 dollars. this is a insult. i paid them 35 dollars and they want me to keep a product that i would not wipe my feet with, do not do business with these crooks,

I Ordered clothes from this Ninacloak site they are disgusting! I ask for a refund and they will not refund me, some items have not even arrived but they have still taken my money. Do not order from this company Ninacloak they are dishonest thieving #######. Some one should close this dishonest company down! I sent them 16 emails asking for my money back each time they kept saying if they give me a small amount of money back then I could keep the item of clothing & give them to a friend I did not want to give these tacky clothes to a friend they just would not acknowledge that is all I wanted is my full money back. I gave the revolting cheap clothes to charity and blocked this disgusting dishonest company! They make their clothes look stunning with the photo's they take but trust me the are cheap & tacky! Shame on you Ninacloak you shud be closed down...You are Robbing Honest people out of their hard earnt money!
