Attempts to return and get refund on ill fitting poor quality goods
Ordered two items but both too small and poor quality. Requested refund , had to write an explanation as to why I wanted to return items.Then came e-mail with two options basically aiming to get me to keep them and buy again using a discount they offered. After persisting I wanted to return goods and get my money back was told I would have to pay the (high)shipping costs for return address in China. There is ambiguity in their "returns" information. Tired of situaton. Now stuck with items.

Poor quality
Unfortunately the top I ordered was cheap, thin material, nothing like in the picture. Have noticed that several of the good reviews in this site are identical but supposedly from different people.

I shouldn't have trusted the Tustpilot rating. On Sitejabber they only have a 1.6 rating.
And for a reason, you can't actually return or exchange anything. You have to send it back to China and pay for the shipping.
They basically just advise you to buy another one at a discounted price and keep both no refunds.
How absolutely wasteful. Their entire business practice reaks of greed.

Ordered four dresses, all the same size according to their size chart. One fitted okay, one is a bit tight and the other two are so huge I have enough fabric to make a tent!
How does that work then? I won’t be ordering again due to this and how long they take to deliver. I didn’t realise at the time I ordered that they were in China.

I notice that when someone gives a good review there is a reply from Ninacloak. However when a bad review is given there is no explanation or apology . Very telling i'm afraid. Looks like another Chic range. Looks good on picture but not really what you get. I would be very wary of this site.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!
If I could give them less than 1 I would. This is a horrible company which sell cheaply made clothes.
Their customer service is horrible and they play bait and switch. When I called them out they ghosted me.
They do not have a return policy even though their website states they do.
Please do yourself a favor and don’t spend a dime of your hard earned money with them.

I would give it a zero if it was possible. It took almost 4 weeks for the clothes to arrive and when it did it is the cheapest fabric I’ve ever seen. One shirt looks like holloween costume fabric! I will never order from them again if you like really cheap clothes that look cheap they are your store!

Fraudulent!
Fraudulent!! Appalling quality clothing was sent to me with no match to the advertisement. The company had no proper return procedures and were fully unco-operative. Eventually, when I insisted on reporting them, they sent a remote address in China for return and asked me to pay all costs. No phone number or UK address. Buy from here if you are okay with losing all your money.
