I spent almost $200.00 AND i DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY PURCHASES... i AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY... MADE SEVERAL EMAILS ONLY FOR ME TO BE SENT AN EMAIL WITH A TRAQCKING NUMBER FOR WHICH THE ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET... i AM sooo DONE WITH THESE COMPANIES FROM THE FAR EAST! wE SHOULD all boycot THEM!

Expensive order didn't arrive. Contacted 4 times so far, they just resend tracking code, which shows courier is 'awaiting delivery' - but they don't don't seem prepared to do anything about it, just send happy emails eg: "We're happy to hear that you received our response. In the meantime please wait for further updates regarding your order. You can use the provided tracking link on the email to monitor your parcel." Thanks. I know that. Now they're not even replying.

Clothing was purchased for my mother. She passed before the items arrived. The clothing does not fit my sister or myself. I have contacted Customer service twice and have received no response to our request to return items

Returned for a refund according to their tracking its been stuck in customs since Feb 9th. Very poor quality sizing misleading. Don't buy anything from this company unless you are prepared to lose money on purchase and return costs

This company is terrible. I live in the UK and placed an order with this company.
I received my first order of 4 items yesterday- they are not acceptable - poor quality and did not fit. One was just about ok so I have kept that. I want to return the three other items so have emailed this company about FIVE times to get a refund for these 3 items --NO ANSWER to any of my emails. Is this company a total SCAM ?

4 weeks delivery….truly Dreadful quality, sizes exceptionally small, finding it impossible to return as after a couple of emails where they suggest I keep the goods and accept a small value voucher, the emails are bouncing back as ‘undelivered’ as I insisted on a refund. Postage to return (If I ever get to return them) will cost in excess of £8….
Don’t buy from them.

This is a terrible site nothing is as its described on the web site all the items i ordered were described as cotton material and when they have arrived 6 weeks later they are all cheap and nasty polyester the sizes are all wrong even though they give you a size chart they are still all wrong. I'm sick off being conned by these companies. Don't order from them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Order took nearly a month to arrive and when it did one item was missing, two items were wrong colour and 1 item looked so cheap it is going straight in the bin.

Rubbish, item sent was not at all what I ordered different style, different colour,cheap and nasty. I realise I was stupid to let myself be taken in by their Adverts online and what must be fake good reviews..after reading other peoples experiences I think it would be a waste of time to try to get a refund.

I didn't expect the tops (blouses, etc.) I bought to be as nice as the photos, but I'll only wear the shirts and fuzzy jacket around the house. The material is super thin. The cut of every item was boxy: straight seams everywhere and no darts. The sizes they sent ranged from Large to 2XX. (I wear a 10-12 top.) I know I didn't order those sizes. There was, however, one very nice pullover sweater. I'm not going to go to the work of returns to Hong Kong- repacking, calling, sending. I'll try to warn others and remind myself to listen to my doubts.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my order. The description claimed it was a 'turn collar' coat, but it was actually a hoodie! The material was very thin and cheap-looking and arrived creased because it had been in the mail so long (delivery took well over a month). Even the buttons were cheap-looking - white buttons on a blue coat with black trims! Where do they get their ideas from? I would send it back, but really can't be bothered with the hassle, so it will probably be used for gardening in! Please don't be fooled by their illustrations and descriptions - and PLEASE DON'T BUY from them! I certainly won't ever buy anything from them again.

I bought a t-shirt together with a blouse. The blouse was described as being made of cotton and/or linen and was clearly not - it was some thin, slippery fabric like nylon. The t-shirt is described as being made of cotton but it does not feel like cotton to me. I am very disappointed by both of these items and I have written asking to return them and for a full refund. The reply is an offer of 39% refund or I can post the clothes to China at what cost I do not know.

I ordered a dress in size Small, when it arrived the label said M (medium) and it looked like a tent on me. Nina Cloak said I could return the dress to China, but they would not supply a returns address label and I had to arrange the tracking of the package

Non existent disgusting customer service! If I could rate 0 I would have. I ordered 7 items, total $199.76. I got a package 4 weeks later with 4 items only and a packing slip stating there were 5 items! A tracking email was received 1 day after this arrived. Weird. Of the 4 items 3 were the wrong colour! I still haven't received the other 4 items. I complained and was told to send pictures of the colours I had ordered and the items that I had actually received. I sent back the email - from them - with my original order complete with pictures and stating the ones received and the 1 not received. I then received another email asking me for the SKUs of the items received - remember this is on THEIR packing slip and I hadn't received 1 of the supposedly included items. What is with these people asking their customers to provide them with their own data??? LAZY, INCOMPETENT, OR SHONKY CRIMINAL BUSINESS. Having now read some of the other reviews I can see it will be a fight to get complete reimbursement, however I am reporting them to PayPal and any other relevant legal avenues and putting my review on every other review site I can. They should be shut down for defrauding customers out of goods and refunds! This is illegal practice in any country. The company is located in Hong Kong and I will also be contacting their head.

I am trying to return the clothes that I ordered as the fabric is very poor quality, but I now am unable to get hold of anyone. They will not reply to my emails since being informed that I would like to organise a return

Overwhelmingly fake reviews written by people with a poor command of English!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they have failed to deliver the items ordered 4 weeks ago and parrot the same response out each and every time I contact them to cancel my order and get my refund. They tell me goods are with the carrier and cannot be refunded but insufficient information for me to prove to the carrier that the goods are with them - never again!

Just received my order on time.
Thrilled with clothes, lovely material, good finish,
all fit perfectly.

My first purchase from this company.
