Avoid this company at all costs!! The positive reviews on here must be by company workers! Because after speaking & contacting several people about this firm I've learned it's nothing but a sweat shop selling unwearable, poor quality, shoddy, badly mad, replicas of the items shown on their website!!
I wish I'd read some reviews before I'd touched this criminal company with a barge pole! It's cost me dearly, I've lost nearly £100 of birthday money by having to throw all the stuff I've received in the dust bin, I wouldn't even donate it as it was so rubbish.
I ordered 5 beautiful items & sat back & waited the couple of weeks promised for my stuff to arrive lol oh my days!! I ordered in September & I've just received the last piece of c**p from them about a week ago. The clothes all arrive slung into a small grey bag, bit sue to the cheap rubbish fabric, they at least didn't crease!!
I ordered 4 light, colourful, cotton, pretty tops & what I thought was going to be a beautiful coat in the sizes they match on a chart with my UK size, so I matched my size on their chart, but when the stuff started to arrive it was all incredibly small!! Instead of being a size 18 my daughter who is a size 8-10 struggled to get 2 of the items on, the other 2 fitted her with a little wiggle room, but there is no way on earth they were a size 18, I contacted them & this is where the fun began! All the items are vastly different to the clothes I'd picked, these were cheap polyester, instead of cotton, the colours were muted & nothing like the picture, it was although the ink in the pattern had run! You couldn't see a purple flower, just more of a lilac blob, it was although I'd received someone else's order! Cheap, shoddy, small, the seam work is atrocious, with gaps in many of the tops, arm lengths are different on 2 of the tops, bit worst of all is the coat, it looks like someone has got the coat either side of the seam under the armhole down to the pocket & pulled it apart! It looks like someone else had tried to get it on & split the seam!
It's shocking & sickening that they can show beautiful clothes, then you receive utter rubbish, I contacted them & explained about the coat & said I needed a returns label, & full refund, this was the beginning of 20 emails trying everything I could to get the coat returned, but all you get is a print of a letter basically saying the don't do returns & I'd have to pay for any return despite its condition myself, the postal address is in China! They then suggested u get the coat mended & offered me a £7 goodwill voucher to use on their site to buy more rubbish!
I have now informed a department in Customs & they have given me the information of a company to write to about this company based in China as the are inundated with complaints about this firm.
Please save your money, dealing with Ninacloak is a headache, from start to finish, I wish I'd never come across it.

I saw a beautiful textured dress with a lot of intricate embroidery. What arrived was a badly shaped polyester dress with a photocopy of the details printed on it. I couldn't be cross because it was so appallingly funny. I will never order from here again.

Disgustingly awful customer service. I requested advice on how to return items and 3 months later I am still waiting. Everytime I email them, I get the same kickback email to send them the SKU code which I have done over 10 times. I've even threatened legal action but get the same email back requesting an SKU code. Very bizarre!

Very poor quality and I have emailed to get a. Refund and have been completely ignored….. would not recommend at all

I ordered a jumper and top the jumper was fine but the top had grease or oil marks all over the front, it took a long time for the order to arrive ,so l am putting this down to a bad mistake, l will not be ordering anything again and would not recommend Ninacloak to anyone bad bad mistake.

Awful experience! Avoid! I would give them 0 stars if possible. The items did not match the pictures - they are all cheaply made and terribly looking. I would say you get what you pay for but, actually, you can get better items more cheaply on Amazon, Ebay and other UK-based websites. I requested a return/refund as per instructions on their website. Three weeks and two more emails later, I have not heard back, so I am guessing I will not see a refund. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I recently bought the lovely jacket show in the ads for this company You know, the blue one with the big collar. All I can say is don't, it is a total rip off!! It's advertised as a woollen jacket first of all. At the price I didn't expect it to have much wool in it but thought it would have a little. The material is like the shiniest cheapest most horrible shiny nylon you could find anywhere and doesn't resemble wool in any way whatsoever. Secondly I measured myself against the measurements they gave for each size they stocked. I ordered a size bigger that I needed to as I like jackets to be loose. However when it arrived it was so tight it didn't even meet across the middle. I got in touch with the company to say I was returning the jacket for the two reasons stated. It took them a while to reply but when they did they offered me 33 percent of my money back but said I had to pay to return it. I had fallen foul of this returns policy before when I had to return something to one of their sister companies. The postage cost me £18 and when that parcel reached China it was then returned unopened for some reason to me. They then expected me to pay another £18 to ship it again so I lost a total of £80 on that order. When I told this company it was unreasonable as the goods were not as described and not the size either they said they would refund 50 percent but I still had to return it. At this point I got PayPal involved as I had paid using them . They did get my money refunded but it took a good few weeks and they, to be honest were not particularly helpful. PayPal must know what these firms are up to. They wouldn't uphold the claim where the parcel was returned from China and I lost all of the money and I am convinced my claims are not the only two. They choose to go with the seller because it might affect their sales, or, it's too much bother
What I am trying to say is, buy from companies like this or Floryday or New Chic and these other companies selling sub standard goods only if you can afford to lose your money if you have to send them back. They bank on you not doing that when you find out the costs for postage, Remember too that the sizes they specify are not always true to what they say and you could have something ordered in a size 16 that is only a 10. Just be warned!!

I have been waiting since October for a few tops that I ordered. Initial confirmation email said the goods would be despatched in 7 days. I am still awaiting delivery and cannot get a response to my emails.
I would not recommend this company and would not use again! Terrible customer service. Complete waste of money!

Very disappointed with ordering clothing from Nina Cloak, have been waiting for months to receive a refund back, posted the items back, paid £25.00 postage costs to China that has been signed for, and no refund received.
Glad that some of your customers have given you good reviews, but I do really wish that I didn't order in the first place, this experience is not good customer service from your company.

Complete scam! Beware. Don’t trust the other reviews on this site- look at site.jabber instead. Clothes did arrive - nothing was as advertised: style completely different (basically awful), terrible material and poor quality - and sizes were wrong. I wouldn’t be seen outdoors in any of them. Don’t throw your good money away.

Just receive my order, I was so excited the long awaited goods! But very disappointed when I open it!!!

Terrible product- nothing like pictures and far too small. Will ask for refund- but will not hold out much hope.

Terrible company with horrendous sizing. Item was nothing like the photograph. The packaging was almost destroyed when the item arrived.

There are no return addresses or information, and their customer support is useless. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. I’ve tried contacting their customer service but my ticket is “invalid”.

Do not waste your time or money on their garbage products.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered a coat for my Mam, it came and it was paper thin. There was no returns label so I contacted the company they sent me the address to send it back to and said they would cover the shipping costs. It cost me more than the coat was worth to send it back. They didn’t keep to their word and only refunded me for the coat. So I’ve had to pay two lots of shipping and I’m now out of pocket for nothing. Please think twice before ordering from this company.

I ordered a top when it came it was too small I sent am email too ninacloak the next day another top came the exqct same amd size I emailed again still haven't had amy reply from them

Such a useless stuff and quality is so cheap and useless that Noone can imagine after spending a lot of money. Useless products, delays in delivery.

Do not purchase of this website !!! Scammers to say the least ! Items did not come together. Spent over 70 quid on items that could have bought on wish for a £5 . Look nothing like the pictures! Quality is s***t. Small sizes wouldn't fit a piglet! And to get a refund of these lot or ya joking. Have the cheek to offer me a £21 discount voucher of next purchase 🤣🤣🤣🤣 like Id be using that !!

The clothes looked lovely on the web site. I bought a dress, three quarter pants and sandals. Must admit the sandals fit but poor quality. Dress and pants MUCH too small, even though going from past experiences I sent for a size larger than I normally take. Eventually got a reply email from my message and told to return to an address in China, had no idea previously it was being sent from there - no way, not paying that postage with no guarantee of refund. Very disappointed as the dress was quite nice

Update Dec 3 2021. Have since received a message saying a refund has issued but still waiting

Update 13 December 2021. Received two emails from Ninacloak telling me they had issued a refund - complete fabrication, I have never received it and a complaint through PayPal didn't do anything. Don't touch them! Dress and pants so small it was ridiculous and a pair of sandals that fitted but are cheap and nasty - $85 down the drain

You’ve gotta be kidding. Even your return policy is a scam. Just trying to warn people so your company doesn’t rip them off and trustpilot doesn’t confuse people with their scam algorithms. Just go and see all the other negative reviews of ninacloak. You’ll get the idea.
