This company is wonderful, and the products are fantastic quality. Shipping is quick and tracking info was accurate and timely. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Really easy to put together, we are currently renovating our kitchen and this was the perfect edition for all our recipe books and kitchen Knick knack and it has a beautiful country vibe, the pictures really don’t do it justice! It fits in with our aesthetic perfectly. I would highly recommend Noa and Nani this is our second purchase from them and again we were not disappointed!

So far 2 purchases no problems. Will see if encounter any problematic situation. But so far so good :) delivery faster than they say.

I ordered a double bed and bedside cabinet. Delivery for both was prompt. I may have been ambitious thinking I could assemble the bed on my own. I needn't have worried the instructions were clear and concise and easy to assemble. There was a slight problem with one of the cabinet pieces but after contacting them it was resolved within 48 hours. Brilliant customer service. Thank you.

I bought a bunk bed and mattress for my kids from this vendor. And I quite like the products, they are of good quality and the delivery was great, much faster than stated at the time of purchase.

I also like the fact that you can easily contact them. In my case, I had no issues with either the product or delivery, but great to know you can easily reach them. An overall great service.

They emailed me within a few hours of my order to advise one item was out of stock and offered me various solutions. I chose one (a slightly different product) and replied. They emailed me again, 22 hours after their first email, chasing me for a response - which I had already given. They didn’t reply to either email I sent. I then sent a third email - no reply yet again.

Eventually, they delivered the two items I had ordered THREE WEEKS later. No communication beforehand, no replies to my emails, and they delivered the original item not the different one they had offered (which my son was by then super excited about).

Appalling customer service, I will not be ordering from them again and would advise you avoid unless you like delays and disappointments which they seem to be experts in!!

Nöa and Nani Have been a great company from start to finish. They were very quick to dispatch and there was great communication throughout the purchase.
I did have to contact customer service as there was damage to the packaging in transit that resulted in some damage to the product, the customer service team were 100%, I could not fault them, the communication was great, they were very polite and helpful and they very promptly replaced the parts needed. I now have my daughter’s bed built, it is great quality, great design and I have one very happy girl.

XPD delivered only 4 out of 5 boxes. The driver told me it’s just how it works soemtimes and he will be back with the 5th box, looking back now I shouldn’t of accepted the delivery because I took his word and believed that it would be coming, now I am stuck with a unassembled bed still in its box for my VERY DISAPPOINTED 3 year old daughter. The most frustrating part is that there is zero customer service from Noa and Nani every time I’ve tried to ring it’s straight to answer phone saying they are closed, to get in contact email them and you will get a reply within 2 days, well I’m sorry but that is not good enough! I have paid £300 for a bed and it’s sat it’s in box I have no idea where the missing part is, I don’t even know if I’m going to get a refund I feel like I’ve been well and truly scammed by this company! If I could just ring and actually speak to someone and have some customer service I would feel a lot better about the situation. I can’t even contact XPD because they don’t seem to have a customer number either!! Absolutely shocking and so disappointed!!

Ordered a chest of drawers on 13th June. It arrived on 18th June with missing parts, which I immediately reported on the 19th. After waiting for the replacement pack to arrive, I opened it to find they have sent the completely wrong hardware.I was supposed to be sorting out my son's bedroom today, but instead, I am left with a half-built unit and a massive waste of time. Not only do I have to wait all over again for a second shipping attempt, but I now have to carve out even more free time to actually build it. Unacceptable customer service and repeat errors.
UPDATE 6th July: It gets worse. They finally delivered a replacement pack, and the parts are the wrong size! The runners are too long for the drawers. Total incompetence. They are now ignoring my phone calls. Avoid this company at all costs!

Definitely recommend! We bought the Ulla staircase bed for our daughter and she loves it! The availability of the product and efficiency of the ordering, processing and delivering was exceptional! Delivery driver was professional and friendly. The quality of this product is fantastic. Instructions came with the product and very easily to follow. We will definitely be buying from this retailer again!

I ordered the Lulea Round Dining Table in Natural Pine, beautiful table that was easy to build. Great customer service too.

Ordered a pillow from them . When it arrived which hook ages to get here. The pillow was faulty one side the seam was not closed. Like it was a second hand Item. Complained to customer service got told I had two options either a discount or they could arrange a refund and return item. So I emailed back I'll take the refund . I then get a second email from someone named Kizi, stating that I needed to send photos of the damaged item, which I did again got told refund or a discount . Again I stated refund. I then get an email from miss personality Jodie she stated they would now reduce the item by ,50% refund and I could easily sew the item up and use it . No mention of a refund or return. So I stated under consumer law I'm entitled to a total refund and they can arrange to have the item returned as agreed with this Kizi. Also asked Miss Personality Jodie if she would be happy to accept damaged goods and it wouldn't be so bad if I had a sewing Machine. I await her response . Don't even bother with this company their customer service stinks

I was looking around for some stylish & functional furniture pieces to upgrade and replace a few items. I came across Noa & Nani as a marketplace supplier via the Tesco website. So, I decided to check out the Noa & Nani website directly. The website was super easy to navigate & fast loading. Lucky for me there was a sale on selected items, plus a bonus 10% off site wide when I ordered with them directly. They have beautiful pieces, and once assembled they look exactly like the images & function seamlessly. I purchased two products and both were delivered ahead of schedule packed with lots of cushioning to ensure everything was perfect. Both items were straightforward to assemble and the printed instructions very clear to follow. Noa & Nani also sent over a video link with further instructions of how to assemble, which I didn’t actually need, but can imagine this would be helpful if someone needed extra guidance. I’m really happy with my interaction with Noa & Nani from start to finish, and very happy with the purchases too. I would definitely check their website in the future in case there are any other items I’m shopping for.
