Noble Knight Games Reviews 

I’ve bought from Noble Knight a few times and I’ve sold back my old games twice now and I can’t recommend them enough. The selection of new and old is huge. The ability to get a slight more used game that’s still in great shape for less is a welcome option. Some of my friends may have balked at the lower amounts for some games but this is how I think about it. They are cover shipping, they will definitely take your games and then it’s out of your house just taking space. No, trying to work out shipping and find a buyer or eBay or BGG. Overall, it’s a fair deal for boxes that otherwise would just take up space. And of course they give a little more for each game if you choose the store credit option which I always do. I’ve been able to get HEAT and Tamashii: Chronicles of the Ascend with my last trade-in and they were damn near brand new.

The product i ordered arrived safety and with no issues on time. The content is as its described on the box. Great packaging. They have amazing support too!

Legit the best. Made things right when a board game showed up moldy (not their fault, it was used). Have spent thousands with them and will spend thousands more.

Shopping with Noble Knight has been great every time. Website is nice to navigate, personnel are always helpful in person and online. The two times I've had issues they were either fully resolved or to a point of resolution within 2-3 business days. I couldn't be happier with their service.

The game quality was excellent and as advertised on all but 1 game I have ordered. The 1 game I got that was missing pieces was a manufacturing error and no fault of Noble Knight - but true to name they game to my rescue and quickly replaced the problem game with a new one that was perfect. The customer service was top notch. It's also a great way to find less common games. I've been able to track down some from my college days that I hadn't had other luck. And all this for a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend checking out this platform. 11/10

Your system advises me when I've made a purchase. It advises me when the order has been shipped. It advises me when it is estimated to arrive, and it tells me when it arrives (which is important, OBTW, because we live in a rural area and sometimes the delivery folks just leave the package outside the gate, and we have to fight our way through the lions, tigers, and bears to get to the mail container)... Dealing w/Noble Knight is a superb experience. Thank you for the work you all do. We who love wargames appreciate you.

I have made two purchases from Noble Knight Games and both experiences have been very pleasant. When a product from the second purchase had a manufacturing issue (no fault of their own), they immediately issued a refund. I used their website contact form and they got back to me within a couple hours unlike other companies I've experienced who take multiple days. Their products are also competitively priced. I plan to be a repeat customer for years to come.

This is my favorite board game and RPG store hands down! Customer service is great and they ship items fast and securely. They have a great inventory of games and are very helpful if you need any assistance!!

My birthday is coming up soon, and I had really wanted to add Everway second edition to my collection, if not just the fortune deck. As I looked at availability and time frames, that really wasn't looking to be an option. I had the original box set back in 2001. I had about given up, when I remembered ordering a D30 from Noble Knight Games and that they also included all sorts of second hand used board games and ttrpg materials. I was shocked and overjoyed to see you had the original box available (only two copies)! I immediately ordered it, at 1am in the morning. By 1pm the next day, I had received a shipping confirmation. And in 4 days only, I had received my order, and the item is complete and whole as advertised. The shock on my kids face when I told her I haven't held the box set in over 20 years. And it arrived with plenty of time to spare before my birthday.

I recently ordered a copy of LnLT HoN Noville Bastogne's Outpost Companion Book. It should have included a new map and counters. E-mailed Noble Knights. Received a replay early the next day. No problem, we'll get a complete one out to you along with a prepaid mailing label to send the one with missing parts back.

You can't ask for better customer service than that, especially in this day and age. Thank you, Sam. 😃

I have been buying games from Noble Knights for several years and I have to say they are a top quality service organization, so fresh and good to see these days. Their on line system, the way the so clearly define and rate their used games and the components within those games is fabulous and trustworthy. Customer service and shipment tracking are the best. These guys know how to run the show.

I have had nothing but positive experiences ordering from them. I had a glitch in my address and one parcel was returned, but they quickly turned around and resent it without any fuss. Top notch in my book!

I had been looking for a book, and ordered it twice before I found Noble Knight games. After driving to another state for it, and finding the copy to be torn, I ordered it online, and had my order pushed back twice. (Which would have made it 2 months being delivered) I ordered the book yesterday, and it has already been shipped. I can't wait to see what else they have that I can use for my campaigns

Working with Noble Knights was so efficient. The staff are super helpful and trustworthy. My customer experience from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend them!

I have purchased a vintage Magic the Gathering pack.
The pack was supposed to be in really good condition but there was an hole on the back.

I ordered a HI-Q game that was $14.95. I received a Galacti Quest that was $5.00.
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. How disappointing. Especially when it’s a $10.00 difference!! How dare you scam me…

Such a helpful and kind team! I recently did a trade with noble and it was amazing. I sent them a list they gave me a very good offer and held the cart of products I was looking to trade for, I then shipped everything to them and with in a few days I got an email saying that my shipment was received and they will be shipping my order to me withing the day! They are an excellent team to work with and will be sending everyone I know here
