I've sold 2 game collections to Noble Knight over the last couple of years - 1 via mail-in, one direct in-store in Wisconsin - and the experience was great both times. The processes are clear and easy, the communication lines great, and the one glitch I encountered was handled quickly and expertly.

I feel confident using Noble Knight for buying or selling games and miniatures and can definitely recommend them for anyone looking to do the same.

I ordered a board game on Monday and received it on Thursday. The communication I had with them was up to date. The product was in immaculate condition. I even loved their commercial. This is truly the best online game store.

I've been standing at the counter for over half an hour and not a single employee has talked to me i don't recommend this place terrible customer service

I have used Noble Knight Games multiple times over a number of years and they have always provided a fast, friendly and excellent service. For the first time recently an incorrect item was sent to me (these things can happen) but the manner in which the small error was swiftly corrected is why I am writing this review. They were apologetic and corrected matters instantly, and with constant communications. In my view such events are the real test of a company, and NKG passed with truly flying colours! An outstanding company.

An absolutely perfect service! It can take three days in Belgium to get a letter to someone just a few towns away - Noble Knight and Fedex delivered my package (USA -> Belgium) in less than 72 hours!

Noble Knight's website is easy to use, shipment can be followed via e-mail & track and trace, the game was carefully wrapped and arrived in splendid condition. Nothing but superlatives for Noble Knight Games. Thank you very much!

Great games and great service!

Old review: I bought a few used games on Noble Knight. One of them came sealed, with small stones and an empty punchboard instead of the game components.
They basically told me they will not refund me, and asked for pictures. I sent them, and inquired again a week ago, and get no reply.

Noble Knight is one of the first places I look when I am trying to locate a hard to find game or D&D module. Their inventory is legend. I also have found that if something is not quite right with your order they go above and beyond to make it right!

Absolutely legendary customer service and pricing! I have not seen a place that has more games in one geographical area. They should have a Guiness world record! My order was packaged perfectly and arrived extremely fast. I will be ordering again!

I recently purchased an item from this seller, expecting it to be in excellent/near mint condition as described on the website. However, the item I received was not shrink-wrapped and showed significant signs of use. This was a major deviation from the description and the images provided on the site.

When I contacted customer service, I was offered a partial refund. I declined, as I believe a full refund is warranted given the discrepancy. Furthermore, I was informed that the photos on the website are stock photos and not representative of the actual item’s condition, which I found misleading.

To make matters worse, I was told that I would have to cover the shipping fees and customs charges for returning the item, which is unacceptable given the situation. Despite my request for a full refund and to have these costs covered, my concerns were not addressed adequately.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The item was misrepresented, and the customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Dont buy here if you are resident in european union. The first time, only one year ago, i paid extra 5€ for import charges. Now, for other item with similar price, they asked 15. Of course no deal and never again i waste my time with them. They are so expensive already, no need to become more worst.

I purchased what was listed as a 1st edition 1st printing item (Forgotten Realms Campaign Set $95 USD), they shipped a 1st edition, 2nd printing.

They offered and I accepted a $30 partial refund and I kept the item (they didn't have the actual listed item available), but I feel like for collectors items this lack of attention to detail is a misstep.

I had at first a good experience. but over the 10 years I have dealt with them, my treatment has slowly got worse. the first 3 trades I did, they made a fair offer. over the 10 years they have steadily got worse. I know they sold most of the items, because I shopped their site often.
considering my good faith, and the slow degrading of service., I would not recommend this company any longer.

I just wanted to say thank you for treating the gold box SSI DnD game clue book for Dark Queen of Krynn with such care. It arrived very secure and was in absolutely excellent condition. I am surprised how it stood the test of time and yet was kept in pristine condition. Anyway i just wanted to say thanks. I would like people to know what a class act you guys are. :) -John Gumprecht

Not always an actual description. The game state was shown as VG+/EX, with the comment about the sticker on the box, but also one of the miniatures was broken.

For another two games all ok, as described.

As a buyer, we've always received exactly what was advertised, in the condition described.

We've recently had our first experience selling to Noble Knight, and found that they make the process simple and straightforward, communicate promptly, and just like our buying experience, everything about it was "as advertised" and happened in the manner described.

Three orders recently from them. Well packed, the used items were in great shape, and the shipments were complete

Unfortunately the product did not have all the components and they claimed it was near mint condition. Rule books for the game were missing and on further investigation looks like they are selling it separately to potentially gain a few extra dollars out of the set. They would do best to either describe fully or provide a photo of the contents. Without this it seems its a gamble to shop here.

Noble Knight Games has been great to do business with. I've purchased some new games as well as some used products in wonderful condition that I've really enjoyed. I had a couple of times where a little "extra help" was needed and they were very responsive and resolved everything above and beyond expectations.

Ordered reduced item (2 same games). No order confirmation received. Only one game delivered. Claims in retrospect that the game was not reduced. One game arrived damaged due to poor packaging.
