Great customer service
I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Elisabeth. I needed to make a late return of a dress I bought, which was beautiful but far too long for me. NC made an exception and agreed to allow me to return the dress for a refund. Thank you, Elisabeth and NC.
Lack of communication for faulty item
I received my order on the 28th March, one of the two items was no longer in stock so I didn't receive it. However the zip was broken on the dress which did arrive. I have submitted multiple complaints and emails to Nobody's Child and have yet to receive any resolution for the faulty product. This was my first order from this company and I would have expected much better customer service for a faulty item.
cancelled my order 4 days later no explanation
Nobody’s Child have just cancelled my order I placed four days ago with no communication or prior warning or any reason. I did not cancel my order and was expecting it to arrive tomorrow. It is a present for a birthday later this week and I am now left with nothing to give. I have emailed them and I have been told I will not get a reply for two days!!!!! That is ridiculous when they are the ones that have cancelled my order. I have never had this happen at anywhere I shop and am disgusted at how they treat their customers now they have become a larger company. I do not recommend nobody’s child as who knows if what you order will turn up!

The sustainable initiative of this brand is what has appealed to me for so long but after placing my first order - their customer services is what I will be a returning customer for. There was a tiny manufacturing issue with a dress I ordered and with it being on the more expensive side (for a reason - high quality recycled materials and made in the UK, all explained on their website).. I was a little disheartened and reached out to their customer service team. The way they handled the situation was honestly so amazing. Everyone obviously wants a perfect product upon arrival (this still was, it was everything I hoped for, just a slight one off problem).. however the way they took care of me made me feel so valued as a customer. I’m genuinely just so impressed - thank you Rory if this gets back to you! Highly recommend this brand, I’ll be shopping with them again <3
Still not received my refund!
I returned an expensive dress on 9th May, and have yet to receive the refund. I reached out to customer services who said their warehouse processed the return 18th May - but I had no communication from their warehouse to say this; it had to be chased by myself as I was getting worried!! I can’t believe it has nearly been an entire month since I first purchased the item and have yet had my money returned to me. It’s just a shame because I LOVE Nobody's Child, and their items are a staple in my wardrobe - but this might be what stops me from ordering from them!

set up a rental order in good time for a wedding next Friday , they just sent me an email " I am so sorry but I have just been informed by the warehouse that we are unable to send you the Blue Ruched Naomi Midi Dress" size 12.
Due to unforeseen circumstances " late return , or damaged stock"
BUT ... they can send me next size down ( size 10) at same rental cost . if I had wanted smaller size I would have ordered surely .
I would not get reimbursed if dress to tight ,
They did the same to me in December 2025, but did get a dress to me in the end the morning of my function , but with no guarantee of dress arrival I had to order a multitude of dresses on express delivery payments in a last minute panic to get something to suit function I was attending
so Nobody's Child you have let me down twice & having brought accessories to go with the rental dress for the wedding I am out of pocket as well .

No Resolution!
I placed an order and it was delivered elsewhere, I am left without a dress and out of pocket, no resolution and no response either! Soo gutted, the dress was for a special occasion and the customer services are completely ignoring me. Soo unfair! Do not order from here, terrible customer services to be ignoring vulnerable people that did not receive there order and out of pocket and such. Will be disputing with my bank!
£9 return fee
I’m genuinely disappointed that I’ve simply been referred back to the returns FAQs. While I understand there is a £4 handling fee stated there, an additional £5 has also been added, meaning I now owe £9 in total, completely misleading. The customer service throughout has also been extremely poor, and as a result I’ll definitely avoid using Nobody’s Child again.

Took money out of my account instead of refunding
Really poor customer service. I returned three tops and instead of refunding me £70 they took £93.60 from my account!! I didn't even know that was allowed legally. The next day they took £19! They have now stolen £112 from my account and I still haven't received my £70 refund. Customer service emails are slow and I am so worried that they will take more money!

Exceptional customer service and care
Nobody’s child have exceptional customer service. I had missed the returns deadline for some sale items by a couple of days and as a courtesy they allowed me an exceptional return opportunity! Rory was extremely helpful and I’m looking forward to my next purchase :)

Ridiculous sizing, unacceptable return policy.
Bought a floral denim jacket. It wasn’t cheap so I was surprised they didn’t offer free shipping. I an a size 8 so ordered it in size XS. It was so big it fitted my husband who is a size L. Sending it back cost me another £4. And I am still waiting for the refund. I contacted them yesterday and they said although they could confirm they had received it it would be a while until they processed the return. This is not acceptable these days particularly as their sizing was wrong yet customers pay for their mistake. I won’t be ordering again.
Review of customer services
This is a review of the customer service online. I returned an order which was delivered back to Nobody’s Child on 7/5/26 according to Royal Mail tracking. I have not had confirmation that it has been received, so I emailed customer services. They replied saying that it was still in transit to them and to check again another day, with a link to the tracking showing that it had been delivered. This was a blatant and pointless lie shown in the evidence given in their own email!
I can only assume that they didn’t know how or couldn’t be bothered to deal with a lost parcel, so they were replying to get it off their list and leaving it for a colleague to actually put the effort in. They did not give a name, just NC Customer Services. This makes NC look bad.
I had an issue with one of the blouses…
I had an issue with one of the blouses I ordered- there was a slight fault with the quality. One of my other items was out of stock. I emailed the support team and they got back to me within a few working days. RJ was increbly helpful and assisted right away. I got a refund for the dress that was out of stock and they offered me a partical refunds for my blouse that had faults. 5 stars, no complaints- happy customer!
