This company feels like an absolute scam. The service is poor, they charge you a lot for standard shipping, and then they add a random handling fee on top of that. The product quality is incredibly disappointing, especially when you are paying premium prices for what should be good quality items and professional service.
Beware shocking customer service and refund system flawed.
Bought address in Windsor store and went to return it 6 days later as not suitable for wedding. Paid on my Mastercard. Within seconds in store my app advised transaction declined. Staff at a complete loss couldn’t explain why despite receipt issued for refund. I was advised to call my bank in store (luckily very quiet and app based so didn’t have to disclose confidential information out loud. Advised by bank to ask shop to represent which they couldn’t do so I was left to do all the “running around”. The customer service email provided by shop is invalid and you cannot speak to a human or even find contact details for their customer service. Luckily my husband found another one which worked and I had to go through EVERYTHING and I ask NC to present the refund again using the correct Mastercard refund system which eventually resulted in a credit to my bank. No apology, nothing since from NC. My first and last time shopping with.

I made an order with next working day…
I made an order with next working day delivery on Saturday, so the expected delivery date was Tuesday. By Monday evening, the order status had still not changed, so I reached out to customer service. I received what appeared to be a standard automated response within a few minutes saying the order would be dispatched shortly.
I have now received a message advising that delays are expected. In all honesty, I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. If the company is unable to meet the delivery timeframe it advertises, I do not understand why next working day delivery is offered in the first place.

Great customer service from Nobody’s Child. I had to exchange for a bigger size that was out of stock. I returned item and then had to reorder when stock arrived. All expenses were reimbursed and communication was exceptional - well done Nobody’s Child 🙌

Totally unreasonable returns policy
I bought some items online some of which didn't fit. I decided to return them to my local store only to be told I cannot return items bought online there! Really??? What difference does it make to you where I return them??? It does however make a massive difference to me as I now have to pay £4 postage because you have a completely unreasonable and unjustifiable returns policy! If your sizing was even vaguely correct, or even just consistent across products then maybe you wouldn't get so many returns! Sorry, but you just lost a customer and I'll be shopping elsewhere until you change your price gouging tactics on returns!

Non-existant customer service
I ordered a dress and paid for next working day delivery as I was going away and wanted to wear it on holiday. The dress didn't arrive on the next workng day and I contacted Nobody's child at their inappropriately named "Here to Help" customer service helpline. I received a response saying the item was processing and they would update me when dispatched. Nothing regarding the fact that it should have been delivered the next working day as paid for. The dress did finally arrive but despite me emailing them a number of times regarding the money paid for next day delivery I have received no response. I can see from the reviews that this has happened previously and I wish that I had read the many critical reviews before ordering from this company. As others have stated there is no-one to contact to resolve issues. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.
Nobody’s Child - Brilliant Company
Nobody’s Child offer beautiful, great quality clothes with fast delivery and easy returns (if needed). Whenever I have had any queries about my items, the customer service team have been incredibly helpful and quick to respond, even offering a discount when an item hasn’t been quite right. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone!
Paid for next-day delivery on a dress not even in stock
Paid for next-day delivery on a dress for an event, heard absolutely nothing for days despite contacting customer services, then the order was suddenly cancelled because they apparently had no stock. Completely unacceptable customer service and poor communication throughout. To make matters worse, I now have to wait 5–7 working days for my refund despite the order never being fulfilled. Don’t offer next-day delivery or sell items that aren’t actually in stock.

I’ve always loved everything I’ve bought from Nobody’s Child, the clothes are fantastic and I’ve shopped with them many times before. However, as soon as something goes wrong, the customer service is terrible.
I ordered a bikini set and only received the bottoms because the top was apparently out of stock, despite the order still being accepted. I would never have bought the bottoms without the matching top.
I’ve now sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue and it genuinely feels like nobody is properly reading them. They keep replying asking for my order number and the email address used for the order, even though both details were clearly included in my emails multiple times.
I’m still waiting for proper confirmation of my refund and a resolution to the issue. Really disappointing experience from a company I previously rated highly.
Returned items not logged
I am having great difficulty with returns. I returned 5 items however only 4 items were logged on their portal. Suddenly they can’t find the remaining 5th item worth £85 and are not refunding me all because their own online returns system messed up. If this is not cleared up as soon as possible I will not be shopping with Nobody’s Child again and shouting it from the roof tops that other people don’t either.
