Having used the services of Nockolds since 1985, usually through Michael Stark, these experiences promoted the 5 star rating.

The conveyancing team at Nockolds has handled three sales and two purchases for me over the last 4 years, and the service has been first rate every time. The communication is swift and the attention to detail excellent. HIghly recommended

I contacted Mahza Pari (Conveyancing Solicitor) to assist me with an urgent matter. Mahza and her colleague Scott, understood my case and they quickly commenced the process. We had couple of hiccups which delayed the matter but in total, they managed to conclude the matter for me within ten calendar days. Unlike other Solicitors, they both answered their phones straight away and kept me informed throughout. My emails were always responded to. However, for such a service I did not pay over the top. Very pleased with their service, attitude and fees. They even removed any unnecessary steps which could have delayed the matter.
Will approach them again and recommend them.

Dalila was quick , friendly and efficient with the translation , keeping us updated along the way

The translator was very communicative and helpful translating an official Spanish document.

The solicitor made the process seamless and easy for me despite my having mildly complicated requirements. Their advise and communications were clear, obviously knowledgeable and friendly. Admin staff were less clear making time frames and process slightly awkward, but overall a good experience with an appropriate outcome. I was advised how to attend to certain related matters on my own in order to save money, but was also offered their services to complete them for me with no pressure. Not inexpensive, but it felt like value for money and an appropriate price for the peace of mind I have going forward. I did not shop around for prices prior to booking an appointment, trust is a more important .

Have dealt with Lucy Riley for a number of years and wouldn't use anyone else now. Incredible service and the speed in which they respond to our queries if always impressive. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We also had some training at their offices yesterday and their team are all amazing.
