A very bad experience
A very bad experience, months of delay regarding security updates, do not buy their smartphones.
The camera of the phone wouldn't work
The camera of the phone wouldn't work, called them up, the support person didn't seem interested. And they told me they will email me. But no email when tried calling back they stopped answering phone calls. It's was nokia X20
Very Poor Customer Service
I contacted Nokia CS three times to get a replacement part under warranty ( I have had the phone less than 30 days). I was given an order # and approval for the replacement. No product was received. I call several times, and each time they requested more personal information about date of purchase, my address etc .... I was constantly told, we are working on it. Be patient. VERY POOR CS.
After a few months of ownership the…
After a few months of ownership the Nokia 7.2 is a poor phone. I've been on to Nokia about my problems they are no help whatsoever.
Camera, slow, freezing, poor battery. Do yourself a favour buy another make
worst experience
worst experience. There is no security updates on time , camera freeze alot . very bad power backup and lots of issues in charging. Customer service is even worse then there product. Nokia product became the most vulnerable product ever.
Long battery life but no updates
I am upset that there is not an update for my 3310 to make it compatible with Apple Car Android Play. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because the last time I had to charge my 3310 was in 2004 which is quite impressive.
Biggest and Most Dangerous update…
Biggest and Most Dangerous update ever. After Installation Android11, mobile Network immediately lost. Only reset of complete Network settings (incl Bluetooth) brought mobile Network Back. Consequence: all Network lost, Several hours lost to geht the Connections Back.
The worst customer service ever encountered
Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I complained on 10th January 2022 when an unauthorised payment was taken from my bank account. It is now 30th January and HMD Global / Nokia is yet to respond, despite chasing many times - all emails have been completely ignored. It's time HMD Global and the Nokia brand sunk without trace.
Avoid HMD mobile
I've loved my Nokia phones and kept on with the Lumia 1020 right up until WhatsApp wasn't supported. Ordered new phone through Nokia site and that has been fine (Nokia 8.3). However, I decided to give their HMD mobile a go, especially as 3 months free and it was supposed to be so easy to cancel at any point.
It was challenging to get connected on it and took umpteen messages to their web chat/email. Throughout my time with HMD customer service was hopeless and the phone signal was terrible. I therefore cancelled and was then charged for two additional months. My attempts to recoup this were not successful. Was told it was referred on to another dept but no result and no response to messages enquiring as to progress.

WHAT A LOAD OF JUNK
I had a Nokia Co1plus as a present, it is slow and useless. Had it not been a present it would now be in the bin ! It makes its own mind up whether to work or not then sends you a useless notificaction. DO NOT BUY !!
Nokia 7.2 is lousy
Nokia 7.2 is lousy, the screen goes black and it cannot be used. However solve the problem otherwise lose customers in the future, at least me ...
very poor customer service
In December 2021 I purchased a NokiaT20 with a bundle that included 3 free months data SIM. The SIM does not work. The customer support do not understand the issue, there is no number to call in the UK and I have spent over 3 hours on 2 webchats with their customer services trying to resolve the fault. They have asked me the same questions multiple times, they cannot give me any answers, they are simply hopeless. All I need is a replacement SIM ( my private mobile phone SIM works in the device) but they cannot do this and do not understand the bundle, nor the issue. Amazingly they have no support telephone number despite being a communications company! They keep saying they will get back to me but cannot give any timescales at all. Truly awful customer service- typical of a global concern
Nokia not honouring refund committment
I bought a Nokia 800 Tough, 10-Nov. I like the phone, but it does not have the functionality claimed. In patricular it cannot properly sync Google contacts. So I triggered the 30 day return option and had it collected on 14 December. Nokia have failed to refund the payment. No reason is given. Their emails sometimes blame the bank, but when I ask them for the date of the bank authorisation, it becomes clear Nokia have not contacted the bank at all. They say the case is "escalated" without giving a reason. They have changed the due period from a maximum of 5 to 7 working days to 15. Also they claim that time starts from the date of arrival of the returned product in their warehouse. Of course it starts from the date of colelction by their agent, here the courier. I have no interest in their internal storage.
I bought a Nokia 8.3 5G phone in August…
I bought a Nokia 8.3 5G phone in August and after a couple of months it stopped charging up.
Since that time I had to send it to Hungary twice to be repaired, I have had it back a day and the same thing has happened again.
Trying to contact them is an absolute nightmare 🤬😡😡
Rubbish support if you live in Northern Ireland
Rubbish. I live in Northern Ireland proper BT postcode and eveything. Went to order a phone from UK site as I was directed there by my browser. Got an invalid postcode and it wouldn't let me continue. I contacted customer services who directed me to IE site. This allowed me to proceed past where I was before however my order would be charged in Euro's. I use GBP here and didn't want to incur the charges plus at current exchange rate it was a tenner more expensive. The customer support fobbed me off at this point ending chat even after complaining that there was no option to pay in GBP. It was between a nokia and a one plus phone. I guess I know who's got my business
Bought a phone from them
Bought a phone from them, mp3 player was faulty, spent 7 hours with them online trying different things with them, in the end they just starting speaking like imbiciles, absolutely the worst customer service ever, avoid like the plague!
My forever favorite Nokia
My forever favorite Nokia. I have been Nokia phones user for many ears. Works best, awesome design, easy menu. Hopefully my next phone will also be Nokia.
Poor quality, even worse customer service
I bought a Nokia less than 12 months ago, when the phone rings, the screen is black and it is not possible to answer it.
I have contacted Nokia customer service and they just send out a reply telling me to try various resets, none of which work.
I have wasted so much time trying to resolve this without success.
Don't buy one !!!!
Paid for brand new phone and received a used device
Bought a brand new phone from them and it came used, the void ticket all weird and could see the front of the phone was all fingerprints and dusty. They didnt care, said return it. I said i want an exchange for a new one i didnt pay for used?! I didnt even know nokia sell used phones!? Worst experience from a company ever, no wonder no one buys Nokias anymore. I cant even return either because doesnt give me the option in my account, they said try again tomorrow.
