May I take the time to express my gratitude to Luke and the team from Nolan windows we were delighted with the professional outstanding customer service we received off them all please gave some positive feedback from us their working practises were spot on and very pleasant thanks again mark and Marie thomas

Very disappointing experience. We were recommended to the company. Appointment was made and gentlemen came out to measure. He seemed a bit like he couldn’t be bothered, but I didn’t think much of it. Had to chase for the quote a bit. When we received the quote, we wanted to clarify some points and discuss the price. We could not get through on the phone, and all communication was via email. We were told the price was final. Fair enough, so we wanted to move forward and again, left multiple messages to call back and discuss and also emailed, but received no response. Maybe the job was too small for them because they clearly didn’t want to do it, but the lack of communication was a big let down after we’d been highly recommended

This is the second time they have installed windows at our property and both times they provided excellent service right from the first phone call. The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the windows. Would highly recommend.

We recently contacted Nolan Glass to replace some UPVC windows in our house. We received outstanding customer service from this company from the beginning to the end. The process was swift, with no delays or changing times and a reasonable price compared to the competition. The team arrived promptly on the agreed date. They laid down the dust sheets wherever they worked, efficiently carried out the window replacements, and cleaned the place after work. The Nolan Glass team were highly professional and courteous from initial contact to installation. And the workmanship, finishing and tidiness are exceptional. All team members were polite, efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nolan Glass. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
