Overpriced. Plan details often hidden like unlimited data but not unlimited only 2gb and then under 1mbs speed.

Seamless when extending the plan. I was warned when data was running low snd it was important to renew before I ran out otherwise an extension was not possible.

Living in Japan, used in Turkey.
I entered Turkey through Istanbul and traveled by taxi to Ankara.
It was working without any problem.
About one week later, I flew from Ankara back to Istanbul.
After I turned off airplane mode and returned to normal mode, it became unusable.
In the end, I had to buy another physical SIM card at the airport.
I would like a refund.

Are you suggesting that Istanbul Airport falls into that category?
This was not a rural area or a location with poor reception. It was Istanbul Airport, one of the largest international airports in the world. I had already tried restarting my phone, toggling Airplane Mode, switching Data Roaming on and off, and the other basic troubleshooting steps before purchasing another eSIM.
What is most disappointing is not only that the service failed, but also what happened afterward.
While traveling, I lost valuable time trying to resolve this issue. I had to spend additional money on another eSIM, and now that I have already returned home, there is no way to recover that lost time or expense.
Instead, I am still spending more time responding to template emails that do not seem to address what actually happened. That is frustrating.
From my perspective, I have paid both financially and with my time. Meanwhile, your company only needs to send another email.
I genuinely like the idea behind the name "Nomad." That is one of the reasons I chose your service. But this experience has been far from what that name represents.
