GLOBAL Sim is the way to go.
The SIM card took a little while to connect. I fell over with the instructions at first.
Because I purchased a local SIM card for the US instead of a Global. Once I purchased a Global SIM and connected it. Then every country I went to, it worked fine. Egypt, Greece, Italy and France.
I was happy with the reception and download speeds were fine.

The eSIM works as advertised
The eSIM works as advertised, giving me the communication I need for traveling in Europe. I am using Nomad for the second time and the second installation did not go smoothly. After running through the AI bots asking the same questions as the Trouble shooting recommendations, I engaged a human being who led me through the highly detailed check and modifications of the settings. The human interaction was excellent.

Really Good!
The sim card worked straight away no problem in and around Istanbul and the Black Sea Coast (Turkish side) and there was generally very good reception throughout, especially for Google Maps when driving which is what I needed it for mainly. The only slight issue was that when trying to connect to the Nomad App using Wifi, to check data left etc, it wouldn't connect so I had to come off Wifi to check each time
