I love my new slippers from Nordic Peace! They are cute and comfy and exactly as pictured! Happy with my purchase.

EDIT: Since my review, Nordic Peace has reached out and changed their position on the refund. They have refunded me and resolved the matter

They sent me defective and damaged utensils and then expected me to pay to return the items to them! They also told me before I purchased them they were manufactured in Canada, which isn't true. And neither is their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Avoid this company like the plague.

I've ordered from Nordic Peace multiple times. Their slippers are really comfortable, and they're good quality for the price. Shipping is fast, and they also make great gifts.

One month to delivered and still nothing! I’ll never buy from you again.

The slippers dont look and feel like good quality which is what i was expecting for the money
The heart is smaller than the pictures also the colours are not as bright if id have known this id have not purchased them

The slippers have since broken and i had a full refund not the quality that I was expecting

They replied really quickly, Customer service was excellent, very helpful - best I've dealt with in a while. My slippers were replaced and at no cost to me. Its been a pleasure dealing with them.

A great selection of products to choose from with most of them on sale too! I love the slippers I’ve ordered, they were the slip-on style with an emblem on the front, and the easy order process with first order discount code too! I will definitely buy from them again.

I am really happy with the Nordic Comfort Slippers and fuzzy socks. They are good quality, exactly as pictured and fit to size. Perfect to keep cozy on these chilly Montreal winter days!

Nordic Peace offered free, tracked delivery to the UK which helped me to make my buying decision. Frustratingly, it took nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive.

I fell in love with the colours of the winter trench coat and ordered the largest size. Unfortunately, international sizes can be confusing. The coat sold as “large” fitted my friend who is a UK size 6/8 (considered small) so there was no chance that it would ever fit me! I tried to return it but was offered a credit note instead.

I had much more luck with the delicious pink scarf, they come in the 3 colours of Neapolitan ice-cream). It is a great size to style in different ways, lightweight, snuggly warm and comforting. I feel safe, warm and protected wearing it… which I have been doing, non stop, since it arrived! The credit note will go towards buying more scarves in all the different colours.

My daughter loved mine do much I had to buy her a pair , she"s 18 and wouldn't dare wear mums outdated shoes or clothes , but this was an exception , now my daughter in law wants a pair , just as well they're a great price

Awesome! I got the Nordic Women's Oversized Trench Coat and I love everything about the coat and scarf! It keeps me so warm and it fits me perfectly! It’s such good quality! I love how soft it is and I wore it for the first time out and got so many compliments on the jacket! Will be buying so many more things!!

I purchased the wooden utensils and they are just beautiful. A great step towards a less "plastic" environment. I would have loved there to be some more information on how to care for them. Otherwise, really, really happy. 🤩

Awful!! Long wait and scammed

Waiting and waiting asking for information nothing get a ticket that gets no response then told delivered which cannot locate told to log my own complaint to the delivery company that will only speak to the seller they refused help and not £50+ down and nothing to show for it !!??

I upset and with a large loss have to report to my bank to the fraud department to seek help I was so hopeful and should have trusted the poor reviews already posted and thought may be different wow was I wrong please people also be careful there scammers !!!

We loved the slippers - soft and a great design but they were too small!! I hadn’t spotted the sizing was US but Customer Service sorted out the problem so fast and so well. Replaced without a murmur! Many thanks. Will shop with you again.

I love the product but I don't love the fact that Nordic Peace purport to be family run business which values the environment when in fact they ship from China.

I ordered a throw and it's fabulous, but having realised from other reviews that they ship from China when there was no clear delivery date, I looked on their website to see whether it was my fault for not reading correctly and I cannot see any reference to the shipping origin. It took almost three weeks for my item to arrive.

Whilst I love the product, the lack of clarity and supposed 1% contribution to the planet when it is shipped from China is not screaming at me to reorder. I thought I was ordering from a small Canadian business, but I am not sure anymore.
