During that time, my husband was very ill and eventually passed away. It was an extremely difficult period for me and my family, and I regret that my focus on managing those personal circumstances caused a brief oversight with this account.
This was an isolated incident, and I have since maintained all payments on time. I deeply value my relationship with Nordstrom and have been a loyal customer. I’m kindly requesting that you remove this late payment from my credit report as a gesture of goodwill.
I would greatly appreciate your understanding and compassion in this matter. If this cannot be accommodated, I may need to reconsider keeping the account open, though I truly hope we can resolve this positively.

Great experience and good offers. However, the store has a different pricing than online sometimes, I know you guys match the online price, but also make sure deliveries are faster even when you pay over 150$ for an order.
This is the worst Credit Card…
This is the worst Credit Card experience I've ever had. I was charged erroneously for late fees/ an $8.70 remaining balance that was reported to the CREDIT BUREAU as being "over 30 days late". So Nordstroms damaged my credit for 8.70$ Even though when I called in to pay I paid off my balance (or so I thought). So instead of letting me know in writing or emailing me or sending follow ups on 8.70 they reported me to the credit bureau.
Then when I called in to have them fix it or do something - they refused. So I Closed the account permanently and will no longer shop here (after 25 years of shopping here)
Scam website
I placed on Friday, 10th October 2025 on the Nordstrom website. The order value was successfully deducted from my account but the order was not completed or confirmed. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer support team via [email chat], I have not received any response or resolution. In September, I ordered 2 sets of pajamas at 130.00 each...I only received 1 set...took forever for their investigation...to receive my refund.

Beware that the Nordstrom Gift Card…
Beware that the Nordstrom Gift Card purchase can overcharge. I began my order of a Nordstrom Gift Card. The initial web page defaults to a $300 charge unless one changes it. I changed it to $150, wrote my gift message, put in my credit card info, and just before clicking confirm purchase, backed up just to change my gift card message. Unbeknownst to me, when I backed up to change the message, the website defaulted to the $300 purchase charge. As a result, when I clicked through to confirm, I was charged $300 instead of the intended $150. I felt misled and I called Nordstrom who called CashStar. CashStar said no refunds or cancellations. Then CashStar said if I purchased a second gift card for $150 and Nordstrom called them back with the second order number, CashStar could then cancel the first $300 purchase. This shows they really could cancel the erroneous purchase but were refusing to until I spent another $150. How could I really be sure that CashStar would give the first $300 back? Maybe they would again say they could neither refund nor cancel and keep $450 of orders? What a scam to say first that they can't cancel but if you spend more money, then we can.
Absolutely would not use this company
Absolute scam when returning products. Ordered two pair of shoes. I took one month to arrive for one pair and the second a week after. I followed their returns procedure and they took over three weeks to issue a refund for the second pair and then claim a 33% costs for return. Absolute scammers who hide returns b policies.

Horrible customer service! I called multiple times and tried to get the refund for something that was never delivered, and the refund that was to go to the credit card never made it, after calling multiple times. And then they mention it’s past due. This is not just on customer service but on Nordstrom card services as well.
