Good present if you don’t want to give wine. Tastes delicious too. Excellent customer service; I had made a mistake on the delivery address and they got back to me as soon as I contacted them and put it right, much to my relief. I would recommend them.

What an amazing company! I ordered a selection box of cordials for a Christmas present in good time for Christmas. However, with the Royal Mail disruption of service in December, Norfolk cordials arranged a second delivery with another company at no extra cost to me and also offered a discount on my next order. The recipient was highly delighted with the cordials and also amazed by the generosity of the company.

I have had Norfolk Cordials many times before and they never disappoint. They always taste delicious and, although not cheap, worth the extra investment. They delivered more quickly than I anticipated as well. Would highly recommend.

We ordered a selection of these excellent cordials which have become our favourites to mix with water. Unfortunately the original courier 'misplaced' the delivery but Georgie chased this for us and arranged for a next day delivery with replacements. We cannot fault either the cordials or the companies customer service.

These are most definitely not your average cordials! The flavour combinations are gorgeous and the big bottles last a long while due to the thickness of the syrup, you need very little to make a drink. They do an excellent sample box.
Icing on the cake is the customer service, efficient, friendly, with a personal touch, highly recommended.

Arrived quickly, very carefully packaged (nothing was going to get broken!). Had a previous order for my daughter's wedding which was also fulfilled quickly and well.

We ordered three bottles of cordial after being given a present of a pack of samples, by a holidaymaker returning from Norfolk. The flavours impressed us and we bought some larger bottles with the idea of having them available as non-alcoholic drinks at Christmas. Delivery was quite prompt and the bottles were exceptionally well protected but, as yet, we have not opened and sampled them!
Now that summer seems to have arrived here at last (in September!) we anticipate sampling the larger bottles and ordering more for Christmas.
