The socks received are not what was expected. I expected Wool Blend oatmeal "Tenderhold Extra Wide Cushioned Socks with stretch technology" but received Cotton Rich- Melange Cotton beige "Tenderhold Non Restrictive / Non Contraignant Comfort Fit Cotton Socks.

We've just investigated this for you, and reviewing your order, I can see you in fact ordered the Cotton Rich - Melange Tenderhold socks. Which hopefully explains why you received these socks. You are more than welcome to return the 'Joseph' socks if you wish. From the description you outline, I believe you should have ordered the style called 'Peter'. I hope this helps clear up any confusion.

Christmas present so unopened as yet - ordered before and as before came very swiftly, packaging very secure. Socks were fantastic and have been worn out from constant use - excellent quality.

Excellent service and product. I searched for some time to find suitably warm socks as I suffer with poor circulation and am prone to chilblains.
These really fit the bill. They are comfy, warm and look nice too. Winter walks are back on.

Lovely socks. Could do with a slightly bigger size though. I bought the biggest but definitely need a little bigger. Very comfortable and excellent quality. I will buy again. Please make a bigger size though.

I’m sorry to say these are the most expensive and thoroughly uncomfortable socks I have ever bought.
I wore on pair one day and they were so tight and the material irritated my skin and made my feet sore . Both pairs now binned .

Thinner than anticipated and the leg part is synthetic which is a real disappointment. Not a wooly as I wanted. A decent sock otherwise.
