Ordered a tent which came very quickly only to find it was a return from a previous customer so should have never been sent out in the first place, then got emails from two different handlers which contradicted each other. I now have to go through a returns process which could take the best part of two weeks for their poor service (I can't say this often enough) It should never of been sent out, I then sent a email their parent company which apart from a computer operated reply I heard nothing until they asked for feed back on their customer service GARBAGE doesn't come close to discribing their customer service. Be warned stay clear of this lot.

Im very glad youve sent this feedback.
So I bought the tent + footprint, 5 weeks had passed yet I'd heard nothing so I thought it might have been a scam link then I got a reply email saying it was out of stock, my opinion thats very poor from customer service taking that long to tell me or would it have took even longer if I hadn't emailed you.
Then 3 weeks later the footprint arrived but no tent then 2 or 3 weeks later the tent arrived, I couldn't believe how long I was made to wait and all the BS emails that you was replying with.
By that time my work holidays had gone and now its in the cupboard doing nothing.

Paid in full. No mention of pre-ordering. This meant that I didn't receive my purchase for nearly 8 weeks. The company took my money, and I assume, waited for sufficient sales before putting in an order to the manufacturer. This was not explained at the time of purchase.
The product itself has been excellent and was worth the wait.
I have no problem with the seller's practice if they let you know there is likely to be a delay in fulfilling the order.
Since submitting my review I have had a prompt reply from Fjern.
I accept their explanation for the delay.
It was a little disappointing having to wait so long for delivery but I'd like to stress that the Stormgrotta tent has proved to be an excellent buy, especially with the updates since the first edition.
This is my second tent from Fjern, both of them being well made, lightweight and durable.
My thanks go to Fjern for getting back to me.

Fjern is selling good quality outdoor equipment at decent prices. An their tent Stormgrotta 1,5 in the last version, which I recently purchased, is exactly the tent I've been looking for for a long time. I can't say anything wrong about it. It's like I designed it myself. The delivery was a little bit late, but the communication with Fjern store was very helpful to keep me informed about the timing.

A lovely warm coat for colder months. This is as warm as a coat I have that cost double. I'm usually a 12-14 and ordered a large which is a good fit although quite tight around the hips so hence the 4 stars

I bought this jacket (Womens Arktis II Down Hooded Jacket) after my husband got his - I needed a warm jacket for my Mardi Himal trek. It felt lightweight, but was super warm I think we went to -5 at 4200m, fitted perfectly with longer sleeves and a longer back to keep everything extra snug and I had a few layers on underneath. It packed down easy when I wasn't wearing it too. Excellent product and delivery was on time. Fully recommend x

I tried getting a replacement but originally they said it was out of guarantee, which was disappointing. More recently I tried again, and to be fair they were excellent and offered me the Orkan II as a replacement. I've tried the new jacket in blizzard conditions in the Brecons and it did very well. I'm holding off 5 stars as it's too early to tell whether this one (with the new version of eVent fabric) will last.

Yes, behind the scenes there is the corporate hand, as with most companies these days, but, the surprising thing about Fjern, is that it feels like there is still a very human interface...you feel like you are buying from a homegrown company, that reply to your emails and address your concerns. I have never had any issues buying from Fjern...it has always been smooth and speedy. I have bought at least three tents, and one of the best waterproof shells I have owned was the Orkan (as good as, if not better than any Goretex I have had). The list goes on tbh, but, basically, Fjern are trustworthy and great to deal with

Bought a FJERN Arktis III jacket through a third party. Like the style and the quality although the price is a little high when considering they are not ‘yet maybe’ a mainstream brand. As already mentioned in a number of other reviews, it would benefit from an outer chest pocket. Inside pockets are a great feature and very useful. The only issue I have is the hanging loop. Mine broke the first time I hung it up. Returned the jacket and the replacement did exactly the same! I’ve repaired it myself as it’s a minor thing BUT clearly the tape had not been folded before stitching, a basic error which makes me a little nervous for the longer term wear and tear! We’ll see!!

Great quality stuff but comes up really small compared to other brands in the same size. I recently bought an orkan jacket in medium and it's tiny compared to my mountain equipment Makalu jacket in the same size in fact every other jacket I own is a medium
