When bike was delivered the covers…

When bike was delivered the covers which hide the holes when the panniers are off the bike were missing. So as far as I am concerned the bike was supplied incomplete. Unfortunately I have been informed that these were not supplied to them so it’s my hard luck and my only option is sort it my self.

So if you are thinking of buying a bike from them make sure everything is in place, if not you are on your own goodwill and after sales service are none existent.
