Never received my parcel
Never received my parcel. It was blamed on Royal mail courier issues , but I was told via email it would be dhl delivering, the tracking number I was provided was a royal mail one but never worked at any point. I had to email repeatedly for a solution and ended up getting a refund after having to wait an extra week to see if the company could contact the courier. I demanded the refund in the end to avoid being messed around any more. Not how any company I have dealt with normally handles their business but I did receive my full refund when I asked for it. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.
