As an elderly executor for the sale of a flat in West Ealing I was impressed from the start with the professionalism, politeness, punctuality of all the staff I dealt with at the New Broadway branch of Gibbs-Gillespie - but most particularly the personal thoughtfulness and attention of Leah Verasammy, Luke Malik and Rohan Berry. The economic conditions have not been easy for marketing property, but it is in hard times that you see true colours. I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

I bought a property through the Ealing Broadway branch and Leah, Rohan and Luke were great throughout. I was overseas when I first saw the property for sale and Luke kindly took a video of the property for me. Once my offer was accepted Rohan was very accommodating with several visits I wanted to make, whilst Leah was a star in keeping the sales process moving. She kept lines of communication clear and frequent which really helped alleviate the stress of the purchase. Got there in the end! Great team, would definitely recommend.

The entire process - from booking a viewing, attending the viewing, having follow up questions, attending a 2nd viewing (and a 3rd) and going through the conveyancing has been excellent.
