Worthy of the 5 stars.
Arrived at 07:50 for an 8am service appointment. I was greeted at my vehicle at 07:55 by Karen, who was very friendly. She showed me to reception and advised me of the refreshment facilities. I took a seat and waited for my service to be carried out. I was then regularly updated on the progress and anything that needed doing. At one stage I was made a coffee by another staff member. On completion of the service, I was informed of what was done and handed back my keys. Overall, a very good experience.

I had my van serviced and i thought it was a really quick service, waited in waiting area was offered tea and coffee straight away. On my arrival there was already people in front of me and the service took around an hour, all in all great service.
