Had my hire van delivered to my home address which was filthy, cab smelled awful and full of dirt. Ellie and Katie very kindly went out of their way and cleaned the van thoroughly, also put a full tank of diesel in too. Egham Northgate is a great vehicle hire supplier the staff are always friendly especially Steph & Sharlene these two work as hard as they can to rectify any issues that you have with your vehicle!
Marek is one of the best technical engineers fix my van in minutes!

Superb customer service - Steph
Arrived first thing in the morning and was greeted by Steph at the egham branch. The only thing better than her incredible customer service, efficiency and care in her work was the smile on her face. Steph is an absolute credit to the company as I have previously had bad experiences with Northgate. Despite this she has completely changed my views on the company and will be sure to use the egham branch again as long as my queries are dealt with by Steph.

Van was recovered into Egham was given a replacement vehicle straight away. When collecting my vehicle the lady at the desk charlene was very helpful and patient as i had a lot of items to switch over.

I had to wait for more than 2 hours for a flat tire, and that is because they didn’t fix it last time i was here (waiting for 3 hours also), they just changed with my spare, living me without spare tire.
