If I could rate it 100 out of 100 I would!
Can’t thank these guys enough. Looked after us with the car at short notice. When we were worried it wouldn’t be big enough they brought another back down from Plymouth just so we had something suitable. When we had to drop the car back, we planned to go in 2 cars so we could get back home and the second car broke down so we couldn’t get home, and they had one of their staff drop us home and wouldn’t let us pay. If I could rate these guys 100 out of 100 I would. Do not waste your time with anyone else, these are the best team and rental service in the area. Can’t thank them enough for everything, and apologies again for any difficulty we caused not being able to get ourselves home. We owe you the world and just hope they’ll let us use them again. No1 without a doubt!

Was dealt with today by Luke at the Exeter branch when my van had issues with the engine management light.
Very friendly and accommodating with hot a cold drinks in the heat whilst I was waiting for the works to be completed

100% the best Northgate branch…
100% the best Northgate yard/depot I’ve been to. My work truck broke down I had it recovered to the Exeter branch, they were really helpful and professional. Had a replacement vehicle prepped and sorted for me, for work then to get home as I live in Essex. Granted it’s not the same vehicle but it’s got me the the company I work for out of a tight spot. Congratulations on a professional and well run and staffed Northgate branch👌👍

Amazing service
Amazing service, I turned up with my van hoping they would be able to help with a noise from the brakes. Instantly got it into the garage and the mechanic's were on it straight away.

Excellent garage with polite staff
Conor who booked my car in and talked me through what I needed done was very knowledgeable and polite, and the Technician who did the work on my car did a excellent job, The price was given to me before the job was started so know hidden surprises, There hourly is lower than my old garage, so Thank you all at Northgate
