Still waiting on my items to arrive. DHL doesn’t seem to have a very good program like UPS, USPS or Amazon. They wanted me to opt in for touch less delivery, which would be fine since Amazon does this all the time, the problem is they want me to waive them from any loss.

19-9-2023: Below, I get a story in bad English about hacking. That still does not explain why Northwave did not email me about any delay.
25-9-2023: Northwave sent me a label to return the goods at their expense. The goods have been returned and now I'm waiting for my refund.
26-9-2023: The goods have been delivered back at Northwave
27-9-2023: Northwave made a refund to my Paypal account instead of my normal bank account, very odd, I did not ask to send it to Paypal.
Northwave has also deducted 15 euro shipping cost from the refund.
That is not correct Northwave: You cause a problem and make the customer pay for it.

Great, but overpriced and hard to fit.
The Good: you can by spare laces for SLW/xDial, and extend the life of the shoes
The Bad: 10Euros for two 30cm laces! Plus 10Euros Shipping
The Ugly: threading them into the shoes was not easy.
Suggestions:
include a spare set of laces with the shoes. They will break, eventually.
Include a fine hook to help thread the laces through the loops in the shoes.
