Ordered some parts for French doors all parts obsolete with their help they sourced packed and sent me all parts to carry out the repairs

Absolutely shocking service.
I bought in good faith a door handle and letterbox from these people. It didnt fit my door so I have returned it
They sent it in a battered box and half opened

I have had £30 deducted from my original payment for a restocking fee and to cover their outgoing postage

No mention of these fees on the purchase as Id have walked away; and its against Distance Selling regs
Needless to say Ive raised a compaint

This Company really helped me choosing the correct lock replacement for my front door. The telephone service from the staff was excellent. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Have used Northwest Hardware on several occasions. It’s good to speak with people who know their stuff and have such a vast range when you’re trying to repair and maintain. They have helped me with site visits in the past and their experience shows, credit to Mike who came too. Always a fast response.

Really helpful guys over at Northwest, called in with an issue for a handle replacement. Sent me recommendations on what items they think I have, asked for me to check over sizing ect and was spot on ! Explained a how to do the handle ! Really nice and helpful 😊

I had trouble locating an exact replacement lock for our old UPVC door and Northwest Hardware were recommended by our local UPVC company.

I visited their website and emailed a pic of the old lock along with dimensions and called them.

They located an exact replacement which was in stock and I ordered on line and received it the next day.

It was a perfect match and is working great.

I needed a replacement for an old, obselete KFV mechanism. Glenn pointed me in the right direction. Delivered next day. Went in the door with no issues just like he said. I just had to adjust the original keeps to suit.

The door closing and locking piece on the garage door frame had broken and required a replacement. I contacted Northwest Hardware, explained my problem, sent photos of the damaged parts and from that they were able to identify the exact model of the new one I needed and sent it to me. I received it within two days, so a problem solved for me very quickly. Thank you.

Really helpful and if not a stocked item will go out of their way to source one.

Their knowledge in the trade is second to none and they really are a one stop shop

I didn't expect to find all the things (8 of them) that I needed to equip my door in one place, but I was really impressed with Northwest Hardware, it had literally everything I needed, has really great prices and the staff are very knowledgeable. So much easier than trying to find it all in B&Q, I just talked to the person at the counter and he went and got it for me. They even helped grind some of the screws for me so that the door furniture fitted. While I was there quite a few trades people came in for equipment for their jobs. Really glad I've found this place, my go-to place now when I'm looking for something for the house!
