I haven’t yet started using the services, but I will say Nadia, the representative I had spoke with was out outstanding! She was very knowledgeable very very patient. She explained everything in a way that I could understand. She was very personable and she even sent me a breakdown of everything that I asked for I look forward to doing business with the company.

I used Northwest for two years and was very satisfied. There was never any issues and their services were executed perfectly for me. On the occasions where I reached out to support with questions, I got prompt and helpful responses. I am very impressed with privacy policy. I only wish every company operated with way.

I had a really great experience working with Northwestregistered agent. Thank you so much to Amanda Brooke and the entire team that worked on my paper work. I had 4 paper work to complete before I reached out to NorthwestAgent and the tricky part was all 4 were interlinked and at a high level there are so many ways it can be done. Amanda was very patient, kind, went through the process in detail with good energy, helped me bridge the gap of my understanding with the actual process and she navigated me patiently to help me choose the best possible approach for my interlinked paperwork. She came up with some creative, out of the box suggestions, which required in depth understanding of my business formation and helped me with my business formation paperwork promptly. She navigated me with sufficient next steps so I was not blocked in the middle. I found the phone call with her helpful to submit the portal applicaiton online. Throughout the process I am impressed with Amanda's patience, kindness and the level of knowledge and energy she had in getting this work completed. Overall very supportive, knowledgeful and helpful from the start to finish and I really appreciate that!

On the EIN side, Cindi Rowe was very helpful. The online system could not issue me the EIN readily, so Cindy worked with me to help me understand the IRS process in detail, which was really kind of her, so my business formation won't be blocked and she made sure to follow up so I can get everything accomplished in a timeline manner.

Also, when I called the northwestregisteredagent general line, I found all the agents I talked to be useful with an intention to actually help me get my paperwork done, which I want to thank the entire company for facilitating such a culture. I look forward to continue working with them!

Very good customer service, step by step guide to starting a business. Whole process is transparent and quick. Reasonable pricing. Only downside is that website can be slow at times.

They corrected the error, after I had to go through multiple people without success. I’m still concerned that I was told three different things by three different people, but happy they ended up fixing it

I have established my LLC and obtained my EIN. It was smooth for me. They sent me the EIN in only three weeks. So I will rate this company 5 star.

Has not been a positive experience. They are slow to get back to you, and I'm not even sure I'm speaking with a real human, feels like a conversation I would be having with a computer bot. While they are very nice, however very ineffective. What I have learned is that anyone can be a registered agent. Find a friend and file yourself.

Transferred the registered agent services for 20+ entities in multiple jurisdictions over to Northwest. Angel Williams was phenomenal. She input all of my entity data and got my entire account setup. Throughout the entire process she was extremely kind, helpful and courteous!

Lousy service. In my opinion, they don’t deserve to stay in this business! I started wanting to create an LLC with this company, which promises a complete package, from website provision to LLC formation. I quickly realized the service was very poor, so I didn’t continue with their services. Unfortunately, before leaving, I made the mistake of buying my domain name through Northwestregisteredagent. Updating the DNS is tedious because you practically have to open a support ticket for every update, as their DNS management program works very poorly. Since then, I’ve waited 60 days to urgently transfer my domain, but even for that, the support hasn’t responded to me for three days and is preventing me from receiving my Auth/EPP codes, which are essential for transferring my domain to a serious and professional company. Absolutely to be avoided.

EXCELLENT WORK! Getting my company started with them was a breeze! They took care of EVERYTHING. Customer service was on point! Responded to all my inquiries. I'm thrilled to have my LLC with NRA!

Looks like a scam company. Tried to order through them LLC registration. Before the sign up, it says this and that services are included, but... As soon as you start the sign up process, they are trying to charge you $39, $25, $99 extra for the "included" services. Even so you agreed to all of that, you will get unpleasant experience with bugs in their system and error messages popping up here and there all the way.
I would recommend to find another agent to help you with the LLC registration.

They we're told to not Bill me any further explicitly per email. They still went and charged me and ruined my Memorial day weekend cause my card got locked

Registered 3 businesses with them; their support is always quick to pick up when you call. What else can you ask for? Totaly recommended.
