Locked out - no solution
For no apparent reason Norton locked me out of my account. I needed to log in so I could update billing details due to my bank issuing a new debit card.
I spent around a month with Norton tech trying to log into my account. Norton escalated the case, scheduled call-backs and never called me, twice. They then told me it shouldn't have been escalated, just wait for an email from them and I could use it to log in. I did. It didn't work. Next call I made to them I was put on hold for 2.5 hours, no exaggeration, but had to end the call due to family demands. The following day, I called them for a fifth time, and asked to cancel my account and get a refund. During this call the line dropped out and I heard nothing from them. It looks like there has been some attempt to cancel my account, but the refund was for only one of the four products I had. The AI agent assistant was a huge waste of time, and after the history, became mindnumbingly infuriating. Human assistants seemed limited in what they could do. I used to hold Norton in very high regard. Not any more.
