I was a little worried about using Notary Express as everything is on line, but a friend recommended them to me.

I had a straight forward title change to the deeds on my property. I dealt with Louise throughout the process. To begin with I found the phone service was very efficient. I always got through to someone and my message got passed on to the right person.
The other aspect that impressed me was the communication by email to keep me updated. Louise was also very efficient, professional and courteous throughout the process.

I would use them again, maybe for something bigger next time. They are good value for money and reliable.

Absolutely terrible.

Not only was the solicitor assigned to my case (a very straightforward property transaction) completely out of their depth, but they didn't communicate and were a nightmare to get hold of. Now, 10 months after I was told everything was sorted, I am now told that my ex partner has not been fully removed from all deeds and titles as I was promised. Disgusted with the service and avoid at all costs.

Jasbir dealt with our house sale and purchase - she was great from start to finish. Quick, efficient and honest. I would use again and recommend to anyone looking for conveyancing.

Zoe Haynes was excellent throughout the sale and purchase conveyancing. She is great at explaining issues which in this case involved a difficult conveyance as the property had a flying freehold and was incorrectly recorded at the land registry. I was recommended Notary Express by a friend who recently bought his first house and used them.
First of all, i must say that their prices are very reasonable. Given my circumstances (which i will go on to discuss), if i had gone with another broker, it could have cost me considerably more.
I have been using this company for a year and a half as my buying process turned out not to be a simple one. During that time i think i have had about 3 different solicitors as some left and my case had to be escalated to more experienced solicitors.
My last solicitor was Salima Manji, who has dealt with my case for nearly a year. She was able to get my case out of the sticking point it was in so we could finally progress this year. After over a year of waiting, she got me into my property!
Despite being so busy, Salima never made me feel as though i didn't matter, and if she was busy she would notify me and let me know when she would be able to pick things back up which i greatly appreciated! She was committed, approachable and a hard worker. Thank you Salima.
(I think i also broke the record as her longest client).

I also used this firm for my Will, which Merlin kindly talked me through. He made it easy, didn't pressure me to return the Will before i was happy with it and explained the process clearly and fully so i wasn't anxious.

Competitive price quoted was against other providers and the service has been very good and professional. We had a difficult time experiencing COVID-19 however service was still very good.
