Ready built Windows 11 PC delivered the next morning
I was able to buy a ready built Windows 11 PC. I ordered it in the evening and it arrived the very next morning. It booted up first thing and I was easily able to transfer everything from my old PC.

New PC - great service!
Recently bought a new custom PC from Novatech and some parts came lose during transit with DPD, Sam was super helpful in organising a return and Greg quickly found the issues and the PC was back with me within a week. They even ensured that it was super well packed and shipped on a palet instead of using the standard DPD shipping. Really pleased with the product and service!

Goods supplied are reliable and well packaged
I have always found Novatech to be quick and reliable in supplying goods on time or with a minimal delay. The items they supply are first rate and as advertised. I have always found their prices reasonable, even if not the cheapest and their after sales care (not that I have needed any for many years), to be excellent.

a local customer I no collection now
As a local customer I would frequently use the show room as I could get the parts I need on the day
Now they have shut the show room so I can't collect on the same day and next day delivery is 7.99
Why no click and collect service
So now I will be using my Amazon prime for next day and it's free sorry novatech you have now lost a customer of over 15 years business suicide Mr CEO

Over 20 years and still outstanding!
I've written several reviews here and each one will have been 5*. I have been buying PCs and peripherals/components for my family from Novatech for well over 20 years, and I have only once had an issue with the equipment (It was at the height of Covid and was put right in the absolute minimum time, allowing for quarantine, no contact etc).
The only down side I have is that the company has gone online only, which was a blow to those of us in the "privileged" position of living 15 minutes drive from the showroom and being able to pick our new rigs up in person! So not really a majority issue...
On this occasion, I've bought a custom built machine which was duly delivered, and promptly dropped off the tailboard of the delivery van! I watched the courier do this as he had tried to deliver me someone else's package, and had to take it back to his truck and fetch mine.
When I unpacked the machine, I found that one of the lugs from a plastic cover for the beQuiet case had been snapped off. I phoned customer services for advice and spoke to Sam Cowell who dealt with me in an extremely courteous and efficient manner. Issue resolved and Sam even contacted me a day or so later to make sure that there were no problems with the new computer.
All in all, fantastic service from a great company. Thank you all very much!
