007 should be saving the world or at very least be relaxing at a stylish establishment in Knightsbridge but no, James Bond can’t make it, he’s at home with sellotape and scissors in hand, packing his white cashmere polo to send back to N.Peal because it arrived with a black mark/stain on the front of it.
This is sadly my experience, an experience that wouldn’t usually bother me and certainly wouldn’t prompt me to go to the extreme of writing a review, honestly I wouldn’t of wrote a review if it would of been a more expensive product from say flannels or the like, but when a business that markets and portrays its self how N.Peal does, using such pompous language etc, you would like to think that basic quality control was a given at very least.
The black mark on the front of the white cashmere polo was a million miles away from the promised/ensured/expected N.Peal business model, the symbolism of a black mark on a delicate white cashmere piece of luxury clothing from a company like N.Peal is frightening, it ain’t 1936 any more and I believe that N.Peal is just another schmuck… a very well spoken one. DISGUSTING!

I have repeatedly asked them not to send me wasteful pointless brochures, again and again and again. I have asked them to clear my data multiple times both before and after I purchase to no avail. And while the cashmere is good quality, and some of the mens clothes are quite stylish and, the women are less well served with cuts that are often dated and frumpy. And in 2022 they still use Fur. Several of their staff are against this, but management pursue this cruel practice, which they promised to fade out well over 10 years ago. I no longer recommend.

It'sthe second time I have bought from N.Peal and like the first time I'm more than satisfied. I bought the James Bond Sweater from Spectre which I have wanted to buy since I saw it on the movie poster back in 2015. The sweater was nicely packaged with 007 branding and the product itself was flawless. The fabric is incredible soft and it feels fantastic to wear. Great compliment to everyone at N.Peal including the support team that answered all my emails within 15-20 minutes. A luxury brand that's worth the price. Regards from Switzerland

I wanted to spend £600 and asked for a 10% discount and they said the following "Unfortunately we currently do not have any further discounts available I am afraid on the range, I can see this garment has also been reduced down in the sale so there is a good saving on it at the moment"
They were happy to turn this down and let me go elsewhere unbelievable - after having previously spent hundreds, I was very very surprised and have not purchased anything since.

I have been saving up to treat myself to your lovely No Time To Die 007 Boat neck sweater. I thought the jumper was a little pricey but appreciate the authenticity and design. However I was very annoyed and dissapointed to see you have increased the price from £345 to £379 and it feels like your taking advantage of hard working folk, why is this price increased please?

Purchased the navy blue no time to die sweater, fits perfect, great quality and perfect service!
A jumper which I purchased about 5 weeks ago has bobbled beyond repair and has lost texture. Upon bringing the jumper into 2 different stores to request assistance, neither were the bobbles removed, nor was any additional support or recompense given, just as a replacement. Given that the jumper was purchased at considerable expense just over a month ago, and N Peal having a reputation for the "world's finest cashmere", I would not expect my item to deteriorate this soon and this badly.
The customer service has been poor at best, and I no longer have the confidence to purchase any more items from N Peal, which is unfortunate. I would like to speak to somebody in the customer services team to rectify the situation in either the form of a replacement or a refund.
I have also been told that all cashmere bobbles, which was not communicated at the time of purchase. Again, this has left me feeling dissatisfied.

Dear Sir, dear Madam
Following your mail announcing the last-day-sale - promising 50% discount - I wanted to order the cropped navy Blue cardigan which was at that moment priced at 160 GBP instead of 255 GBP. I asked if the 50% also applied to the blue cardigan. I got an answer: NO, upon which I wanted to order it anyway at the price of 160 GBP. I sent the mail with my order at 5 a.m. but it was already too late!
I do not understand: The end of the last-day-sale was to be 7 a.m. if NPeal wants to respect the promise of 24 hours of the last-day-sale.
I understand that the ICT assistants cannot change all website data the last minute, but my mail (25thFebruary) clearly shows that I was still within the 24 hours with my order. (5.12a.m.)
I have no complaints concerning the mails which I received from the service assistants: they want to help but it is clear that they failed to understand the gist of this matter. I hope this mail message can help.

I attempted to purchase an item that was discounted . In the process of checking out the item changed to being no longer discounted . I can’t imagine how that would be acceptable to any consumer and I have never experienced this before ….. the response I got was not acceptable. I won’t be your customer again.

I buy from N Peal fairly regularly and live overseas. Having someone decent to actually answers the phone is rare these days, supply chains are constrained and websales are often the sole focus.
Hannah was outstanding, really helpful and all this creates a lot of brand loyalty.

3 days in a row I got a message from the courier saying there was a problem with my delivery. Hannah was so helpful - contacting the courier and keeping me updated. When it looked like it wasn’t going to turn up at all she offered me a refund. When it did arrive it was the wrong item - not what I ordered. Hannah is taking care of this too. So proactive and helpful. Fabulous customer service
