Fantastic company

Fantastic company, bought 5 monitors for our company and 6 months later one has malfunctioned. few trouble shooting activities proved fruitless and a replacement one sent out immediately.

Fantastic customer service, not their fault the monitor was faulty, will 100% recommend and only use this company in the future for all IT needs.

Amazing customer service and delivery!

I ordered a dell monitor from here and it arrived the next working day. Within 24 hours. And, with a one-hour delivery time slot.

Then, unfortunately, I noticed it had a dead pixel. This was about 2 months after I bought it. But it was brilliantly dealt with, within a week I had a replacement. What's more the replacement was dispatched on the same van as the collection was made and I had a one hour time slot for this so my time without a monitor was less than 2 hours total.

Really great company, not just when everything is going well but also when something goes wrong which is sometimes even more important.

Highly recommend.

Superb customer support

Superb customer support. Initially I had some problems with dead pixels on the monitor and they gave me a replacement very quickly. Nearly a year later I had another issue with lines appear down one side of the screen and they replaced the monitor again very promptly.

Alex in customer services is quick to respond on emails and very helpful. Cannot fault them, would definitely use them again.

NIGHTMARE! They sell the faulty Dell returns.

I paid a lot for a NEW 34"high-end monitor(AW3418DW). What I got a USED DAMAGED(not in transit, marks on the screen etc) Reported immediately. A MONTH AGO! But they don't wanna send me a label to return it, they want me to pay(large and very heavy with insurance cost £50).
+ They said " NRG cannot be held responsible for damage or loss...
The main problem they sell faulty and used items as new. They handle the faulty Dell returns...and sell as new on their site.
If you read all the real feedbacks you can see lot people got used or faulty monitor then they replaced it wit a refurbished...my problem is that is NOT NEW!
Update:
I just got my money back from paypal after 5 weeks. I had to pay for the return...
+ I just got an email from Trustpilot, NRG tried to remove this feedback... what a company!
I thin better to spend 5-10% more and get a brand new monitor from a proper company!

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that your experience of purchasing from us was less than ideal.

There are a few points made in your review that we would like to clarify, as we do not believe that your points accurately reflect the complete situation:

• We state in a number of places on our website that all of our monitors are returns to Dell, including on our home page and on a large “refurbished” banner across the middle of each listing. If a customer manages to complete their purchase without seeing these notifications then we are truly sorry, as it is never our intention to deceive customers in any way

• Contrary to what you have written, we specifically offered to collect the monitor at our expense if you chose to return it for a refund (we have the transcript of our online chat available if you do not remember this)

• The only reason we did not immediately collect the monitor was that you mentioned a partial refund for the damage may be acceptable (the damage was cosmetic only and the monitor was fully functional), so we paused the conversation while we considered the amount of partial refund that we could offer

• Before we could present our partial refund offer, you raised a formal PayPal case despite already being in contact with us. Once a formal PayPal case is raised, both the buyer and the seller have to follow PayPal’s strict process, and one key part of PayPal’s process is that the BUYER is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases. This is the only reason why you had to pay for your own shipping, as we will always cover return shipping for damaged or faulty items when contacted directly

• Although you are technically correct in saying that there were five weeks (37 days to be precise) between when you raised the PayPal case and when your refund was processed, this delay was not caused by our actions as your comments seem to imply. 20 of the 37 days were spent waiting for PayPal to make a decision and 15 of the remaining 17 days were taken up with your actions (rejecting our partial refund offer and shipping the monitor back to us). The parts that we had direct control over, including the processing of your refund, took less than 48 hours (all numbers confirmed to us by PayPal themselves – further detail can be provided if required)

• Finally, the only reason why your initial review was reported to Trustpilot is because it contained profanity. Even though you had “self-censored” by replacing certain letters with asterisks, it was still obvious which words you were using and so we were duty-bound to report it. This would have been the case even if you had left glowing 5-star feedback

Once again we are very sorry that your experience of purchasing from us was less than ideal, as the vast majority of our customers are very happy with their purchases, as shown by our other feedback on Trustpilot and other review sites. If you ever decide that you wish to purchase any returned/refurbished Dell products in the future we would be delighted to welcome you back as a customer. Alienware G-Sync 240hz

I buyed an Alienware G-Sync 240 hz and came with the wrong cables, without the cable cover. However, they answered me quickly and send me another one. I'm very glad with their support and the product quality is very good. I will for sure buy from their again in the future.

I don't know where all the reviews are…

I don't know where all the reviews are but I have bought three monitors from them so far and they were in fantastic condition. They are my go to website for refurbished monitors.

They also use DPD to deliver so you know when your stuff will arrive.

Highly recommend them!

Amazing Support, Unbeatable Prices !

After wondering what Dell monitor to replace my old blown out Dell 30 ultrasharp I approached these guys after seeing an amazing deal on a refurbished one.

In my experience with monitors like this what usually happens is that I contact most companies and start talking wide gamut and colour accuracy most people don't have a clue what I am talking about so when I got on their live chat and spoke to Alex it was a breath of fresh air that he knew his stuff inside out!
It seems I make a lot of bad choices with purchases today either with poor companies or bad products but with this screen and NRG IT this was not the case, in fact, the opposite! The monitor arrived like new and 6 months on its been absolutely flawless and the quality I have become accustomed to dell ultrasharp's and In all honesty, I don't think it could have gone any better. I just wish all companies and purchases online were this good, a lot of companies could learn a lesson from these guys.

I'd like to thank Alex again for his knowledge, support and answering my many questions. Keep it up, guys!

I've bought a 5K refurbished Dell…

I've bought a 5K refurbished Dell Monitor from them - it was the first refurbished product I've ever bought and really LOVED IT. No problem, no hassle and support team is just PERFECT. One of the best team that use Intercom Team in a great way.

I'm a returning customer of NRG:IT …

I'm a returning customer of NRG:IT having had a superb experience in June 2017 with a high-end Dell Monitor purchase, and now I'm after an additional one my automatic first port of call has been NRG:IT. Another superb experience, notwithstanding that it was damaged in-transit, as indeed was the replacement one... it's only when something goes wrong that one gets to test a supplier's aftersales care & ethos and [at aged 52] I can happily report that NRG:IT are absolutely 'top notch' and in the 'Top 3' that I have ever dealt with, and a special shout-out for the most excellent Andy. So it's a very glowing review here, and I hope that this helps any potential, would-be buyers of NRG:IT to decide to buy from them with total confidence knowing that if something does go wrong they are absolutely superb at putting it right, without any quibble or hesitation and in a very sincere & cheery manner t'boot... their underlying 3 year warranty most certainly 'does what it says on the tin', without any catches or get-outs. Many, Many Thanks Andy & NRG:IT for such positive experiences.
