Purchased SEVERAL items in 2 months and love them all!

I love my NSPRE products. I have the mobile phone, earbuds and turned right back around and purchased a second pair of the earbuds. I say this because I now TRUST the quality of everything they create, and will not hesitate to purchase new products in the future. Thank you for making products that we can really put our trust in at an AFFORDABLE price!

My new favorite company.

If you have not bought and tried any of Nspre's products, I don't know what's wrong with you. Built to last and beautifully designed. I bought their phone and Bluetooth glasses. No issues and I am coming back for more.

I’ve been waiting exactly two months…

I’ve been waiting exactly two months for my order. It was a pre order placed 7/2/21 and it was shipped 8/6/21. My tracking still shows that the post office is waiting to receive my package for NSPRE.

My update to your response:
And no it was not delivered that was my first order from your company. This order is 2483 that was placed July 2, 2021. How was an order delivered a week before it was even placed?

I love they are beautiful but one side…

I love they are beautiful but one side of them I can't hear out of and that side also doesn't keep charge

I have all product now

I am enjoying these product hunnie. I just received my Solace Glasses today and I have the completed collection of all your products. Their CS is hilarious, at least whoever I spoke with with so I was OK after speaking with them. I did have to wait about 2 days for a response but they resolved what I needed and got me a new pair of earbuds upon request.

I am a user of both of this founders companies and I will continue to be, Great products and great services.

I paid for the smart glasses and they…

I paid for the smart glasses and they were lost in transit by USPS. I contacted the company and according to them, the only way to get a refund was to refuse a package that never came. A rep stated to me that it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim about the missing shipment. It is companies like this that make it difficult to want to support our own people. It’s ridiculous!

*Update: So I paid for the glasses on June 15th with the $8 rush delivery fee and finally received them on July 2nd. So be prepared for a 2 week delivery window.

Love these earbuds!

Love these earbuds! The sound quality is so clear and I also have been told that I sound clear when I use them to make calls. Definitely recommend!

These glasses provide everything I need…

These glasses provide everything I need while seeing patients in clinic. The blue blocker to keep the computer screens from hurting my eyes and I am able to listen to my music since headphones are not allowed. I could not be happier with this purchase.

I really enjoy the product and love the…

I really enjoy the product and love the look of it. The color is starting to fade especially around where it hocks on the ear after a few days of use. The sound quality could be better but I'm comparing them to the Bose shades so its good for the price. I love how it turns bright into a more soft amber shade . The packaging and the case is really nice and the shipping time was fast. In the future I hope the make on that conforms a bit more to Army Regulations AR 670-1 so I can wear them in uniform and sneak playing music on the low lol
Update so the Bluetooth Range on this glasses is very impressive so I upped the stars on my review. (work on a ship) I can leave my phone on the bridge and go to-3 decks below and still no interruption in my music. My other headphones can't do that.

Wrong color glasses

I was sent the white glasses which I already have, I would like the black glasses or black shades instead. I also was sent a (S) small shirt and asked for a (L). I kept selecting L but the check out icon kept defaulting to a small on it's on. I do understand what is available is what is sent. Unfortunately I already have the same pair of glasses twice.

As for the Small t-shirt, our Shipping and handling ream has confirmed that your selection at the time of your pack request was indeed a Small T-shirt.

The glasses are great but the phone…

The glasses are great but the phone doesn't work and customer service is hit or miss so I have been unable to see why it was dropping calls and missing text messages. I switched back to my old device after a week
