I had an issue with my rapid cool…
I had an issue with my rapid cool steriliser, we use this every time we make a bottle so it’s an essential in our day to day lives. It stopped working so I contacted nuby and they helped me with my issue and replaced it for me.
Ashley Pace was the person who helped me and she was amazing,very quick to respond and so polite.

3 minute steriliser
Purchased the 3 minute steriliser, which is a fabulous product - no steam or hot water going everywhere! Unfortunately it did develop a fault and the 'on' button stopped working. However, I dropped them an email - they asked me for some photos and a video of the problem, which I duly sent. They responded extremely quickly and have replaced the unit. Cannot fault the customer service.

The Nuby Rapid cool has been a lifesaver with my second baby. We lost one of the silicone rings when travelling and I was upset I may not be able to use it until I bought a new one but I contacted the customer care team and they have arranged for new ones to be sent out, they was extremely helpful and fast at replying!
