Being charged whilst also not allowed to enter the gym

I enrolled myself and my brother to this gym. After a month my brother decided it wasn’t his thing and it was too busy for him. I emailed and asked them to please cancel his membership. Because of the way Nuffield health do direct debits me and my brother essentially had the same direct debit instruction. The cancellation of his direct debit lead to mine being cancelled. My card no longer worked on the gates and was never explained why just it wouldn’t let me through. Since then I stopped going and realised I wasn’t being charged either so left it and joined a new gym. Now to be told I owe them money and still in contract - so I owe them money for the last three months when my card hasn’t let me through? And have no communication of this. Disappointed about this as this was not my error and now being told I owe them money. Lack of communication really lets them down and the fact they link direct debits so be careful if they cancel a family member then charge you for cancelling your own! Looks like I’ll end up having to pay them ( even though they wouldn’t let me in the gym). Will never go back again

Choose Nuffield - especially if you're a more private person.

A fantastic experience given the personal circumstances of course.
Top Consultants, fabulous anaesthetist.
Would highly recommend to anyone given The Nuffield as a choice of hospital! Private room and bathroom {with wet room}.
Absolutely amazing, caring staff. Your own day nurse and night nurse.
Brilliant physios! -Wonderful staff all- round!
Fabulous catering.
Immaculately clean everywhere. Great with hygiene and tops with infection prevention
Follow up call from a staff nurse on the ward to see how getting on.
Can't praise them all enough.

Recent stay at the Nuffield HH

Recent stay at the Nuffield HH with overnight stay included. Was delighted with the way I was treated by everyone from reception to discharge. The care i received was second to none, i felt really well looked after. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was lovely, and plenty of options also. All in all a great place to have your treatment. Would highly recommend

The best decision ever!

My positive outcomes:
- a massive reduction in needing strong analgesics
- the ability to use stairs as an adult rather than crawling up like a child
- a loss of 5 kg in weight and the impetus to continue by following a healthy eating plan
- making new, lasting friends
-Probably THE BEST Rehabilitation Trainer on your books

On Tuesday 12th of May I had a Carpel…

On Tuesday 12th of May I had a Carpel tunnel operation my right hand. I had also my left hand done last year.
The consultant was Mr Auplish. He is brilliant. He is friendly and funny as well as being extremely good at his profession. Such a nice man.
Every one is the staff from going in to coming home we’re brilliant. All made you feel at ease and had a very good cup of tea.

I wanted to say how much I appreciate aqua classes with Alex

I wanted to say how much I appreciate aqua boxing classes with Alex Fawbert at Nuffield Sheffield. She is absolutely amazing. I only wish there were more classes available with Alex as afterwards I always feel like I've had such a good work out and feel mentally lighter and more able to deal with what life has to throw at me. Alex - you are a legend!

Nuffiels Bournemouth

A very professional operating theatre team. The only downside is that some of the nursing staff have very poor spoken English and they are difficult to understand.

It may looks good gym but the prices…

It may looks good gym but the prices are very exaggerated, I understand some people can afford but still expensive for the majority... More than £100 / month... Crazy
Look for something cheaper... A gym is a gym at the end...

Excellent Staff at Nuffield Didsbury

Due to my personal circumstances I am spending time near the Nuffield Health gym in Didsbury, away from my home gym in south Wales. The staff at Didsbury have been incredibly helpful, especially those on reception and Matt from the Membership Team. Didsbury has a great gym and pool with an excellent cafe. But what really makes the difference is the kindness and support from the excellent staff.

The teachers are very encouraging and…

The teachers are very encouraging and friendly. I would score more highly but I feel that the communication of progress through the app is lacking along with the speed of progression in the higher classes.
This is a shame as my child loves her swimming and this is all down to the wonderful teachers at Chigwell swim Nuffield.

I couldn't fault anything

I couldn't fault anything. A short stay of three nights but nonetheless a very good experience. All the staff I met were wonderful. Plenty of variety with the food and it was served piping hot. Hot drinks were plentiful as well. All areas definitely get a 10/10 from me 👍👍

Amazing new facilities in Nuffield…

Amazing new facilities in Nuffield Central gym. The changing rooms are all clean and new.

Also the welcome received when entering the facility is outstanding. The staff are all very helpful and ready to answer any questions. Joseph James has been especially helpful in terms of updating myself and other members on the massive changes in the facilitates, so thank you and always appreciated. 👍🏻

My recent short stay for surgery was…

My recent short stay for surgery was made all the better for the friendliness of all the staff , the hospital room itself was clean,tidy and private. I never felt a bother to them,.. I really could not of asked for more from my stay and care from them. I was kept well informed of treatment from start to finish and my mind kept at ease.
