Nunido is a fraudulent company

I paid for my order on the 11th of November 2023. On 14 December I got a strange email telling me that my return of the item was successfully received. I never got the item delivered to me, how should I return a never-received item? The customer service promised to reply within 4 working days, but I got no reply whatsoever. After doing some research I found out that Rocket Commerce GmbH (Nunido) has been in preliminary insolvency proceedings since 16 October 2023, despite this, they accept new orders that they do not fulfill and they will keep your money. This company is a scam, avoid it at all costs!

Catastrophic

Catastrophic. Order placed in September. The company send me a mail stating that they could not deliver and could not reimburse me. They proposed reimplacement products but no answer whatsoever since. They just take my 500 euros and would not send anything and would not answer to any of my messages. A scandal!

Company is in administration

I ordered an items over 8 weeks ago, it never arrived. Tracking didn't work and eventually after many emails I have discovered it has been returned to them due to incorrect customs paperwork.

This company is now in administration so they cannot refund me, they are still selling online as if there are no issues but DO NOT order anything. You won't get your item or a refund.

Warning

Warning! Ordered 4 weeks ago and paid via paypal. Nunido sent an invalid tracking ID/link after weeks, a short call at the DHL freight helpdesk confirmed that there was no order placed. Never reached anybody via Mail or customer request!

Awful customer experience.

Awful customer experience.
It was already 10 days after the order on nunido.pt and I had zero feedback considering status, tracking, anything. I wrote the cancellation letter and ask for the refund and still 0 reply. This is inappropriate. No telephone, empty letters and zero respect.

My order was #351807 in case the support decide to approach me at least here.

No respect for delivery

Since the 24th of July I’m waiting for the delivery of a little table. If I don’t write to Nunido, I don’t get any updates. Last time it was the 24th of August and the delivery should take place zin between 1-2 weeks. In the meanwhile we are already the 17th of September and again without any news.

We recently purchased the fermob balcony table as well as two bistro chairs and I must say we are absolutely happy with them! The table has just the right size to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee outside now with the beautiful summer weather. Everything was really well packed and I received the order rather fast. NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN! I would have given 0 stars... but this option is not foreseen. I have ordered 2 lamps in November 2022. Have received 1 damaged (either alraedy used and/or very badly handled by other customer when sending it back to Nunido!) Which means Nunido sends damaged goods without prior verification! Price of damaged lamp = +- 1000 euros! Have followed the procedure by doing, as requested on 21/12/2022, an online complaint.
Am still waiting for a solution! They don't answer the phone anymore for months and don't even reply to my last emails asking them for a solution! How unprofessional is this behaviour???? Am now introducing a complaint through the EU - Online Dispute Resolution Platform. If you don't want to loose money, if you don't want to be fooled.... Don't order with Nunido! As far as I am concerned: NEVER AGAIN!

Troubling Service / Zero Communication

Could you please get your customer service team to contact us asap. You still haven’t contacted us about the stone dinning table your delivery team broke over two weeks ago, which is anything but great customer service. Your not answering your phones and not replying to our emails. I think we have been quite patient.

By the look of some of your reviews here, I am not the only persona that is disappointed with you.

Appalling an wrong

I have placed an order for string system which was available in 4-5 weeks and still stated as such on the website .
At the 5th week mark I followed up and was informed that there are supply issues meaning that the product is expected now in mid January. That is 12weeks from my order date . After following up multiple times I’ve now received an email explaining that staff are sick etc and the contact centre will be closing and there are delays, odd given this was 1 day after I wrote an email to them .
My order was a sizeable sum and I have since followed up the manufacturer who told me the maximum lead time was 6 weeks. So they clearly look the money and not placed the order .
I fear that my money which is 1400 pounds worth of goods will never come and that this company is a scam .
I warn anyone ordering to use other websites . I have also contacted a few design publications and websites who are interested in me writing about this experience with this online business selling designer products . I work in the design industry and plan to contact the manufacturers of products available on this website and inform them about this business.
It’s appalling behaviour, please order elsewhere

Delivered the wrong product and refusal to give our money back

If anyone has dealt with a similar situation with Nunido I would be so grateful for any advice. We were sent the wrong size and style bed by Nunido from what we ordered though them. They have accepted it was a mistake on their behalf. For over a month now they have continuously said they are looking into the refund and collection of our order however we have seen no action and now they are saying they may not be able to collect it from the UK in which case they cannot refund us. Any help would be very appreciated on how to get our money back.

Opt for another provider!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an online shop. Stay clear!
Delivery times announced are not met (online the delay announced was 2-3 weeks. Ended up being MORE THAN 3 MONTHS - still have not recently my item). Not only, but they never proactively announced the delay, it was always me having to go and ask were my item was.
The delay for the same item is still announced as 2-3 weeks on the website, which is borderline fraudulent. Their client service was totally unhelpful, has been contacted several times and could not give me any answer.

One of the worst experiences i've had…

One of the worst experiences i've had ordering from a company. Order finally arrived completely damaged over 2 months later than the original delivery date and now i've spend over a month chasing them for a refund. Customer service agents just tell the same lies that the refund will be processed within x number of days but still nothing. Avoid them at all cost.
