Excellent customer service, we purchased our silver cross furniture, pram & rocking chair. Helena was very helpful, answered any questions we had she was very professional will be going back when we need to upgrade our car seat or anything else. We had an appointment due to covid & wasn't pressured or rushed in to buying anything. Superb place& staff. Would definately recommend this place to anyone who is very indecisive like me . as it was a easy relaxed shopping experience.

I can not fault anything. Going to Nurseryland was the first time I had gone anywhere in weeks due to Covid and I was quite nervous. I felt so safe and the measures the staff took to look after me as a customer and themselves was amazing. The lady that served me was so patient and caring. Brilliant service!

Amazing service! From the minute we walked in we felt at ease looking around all the prams. We had amazing advise and nothing was too much trouble even when I was confused about certain things! The amazing support went on after we’d ordered our pram as through lockdown I started to panic about getting our pram but yet they kept in touch and reassured me everything would be here in time for us. We wasn’t suppose to collect our pram until the end of July but collected early through appointment which has made me less stressed for the rest of my pregnancy 😊 We will definitely be back for anything we need! We can’t wait to start using our Oyster 3 pram 😊 Thanks again Amy 😊 xx

I can not recommend Nurseryland enough. They've been amazing from start to finish. We ordered our Silver Cross Coast travel system as well as two Maxi Cosi car seats and an isofix a few months before we were due, they ordered it all in and held in the store for us until we were ready to collect so we could take advantage of a longer guarantee which started from when we picked it all up. Eleanor was professional and adhered to social distancing rules when we collected. I had a few questions inbetween ordering and picking up and she was always on hand day or night and even on bank holidays on facebook messenger and always went out of her way to find out the information we required from the suppliers if she was unsure (which i can assure you wasn't very often as she is very knowledgable about the products they sell). Even since having the pram, the first time we used it we accidently scratched the metal on the carrycot hood and Eleanor even managed to get a new hood sent to us from silver cross free of charge. Its honestly been a breath of fresh air to deal with Eleanor. Nurseryland have made it so easy especially during whats been an extremely difficult time to give birth and going through a difficult birth on top of the current covid situation I have been very thankful that it didnt feel like more hurdles to jump through. I got in touch with nursery land to enquire about a pram that I loved but due to the current circumstances I haven't been able to go to any shops to see in person.
Eleanor couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with answering any questions that I had and made the whole experience brilliant.

Nurseryland have been amazing especially through such an uncertain time and not being able to go to the shops and view prams. I let them know which prams I liked and they sent me video demos of them. They have answered all my questions and been so lovely. Nothing is to much trouble

Fantastic! The staff at Nursery Land are excellent, nothing is too much for them. We originally visited the shop with very little knowledge of car seats, prams systems etc and came out feeling so clued up on safety regulations and the differences in prams.
We ordered our travel system, nursery furniture, next to be crib and rocker which we collected just before our baby arrived. 7 weeks before we were due to collect the pram I had a change of heart, once again, the staff at Nursery Land sorted everything out for us and changed our order (THANK YOU!)
We then ordered our highchair and parasol (which we couldn’t get hold of ourselves) through them which we had delivered directly to the house during the Covid19 pandemic.

Nothing is too much for the staff, they are brilliant and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

Really good service, very helpful, amazing price and was able to collect the next day.

Absolutely fantastic customer service.
I messaged enquring the egg parasol & the same day this was delivered to me personally (contact free - due to covid19) as I was not able to collect until the following week.
Nothing seems too much trouble.
I purchased my egg pram from a different store & the customer service really put me off but I was recommended Nurseryland & now I regret not purchasing all my little ones items from here.
I will defiantly only be using this store in future.

We are expecting another baby next month and we needed to upgrade our pushchair to a double one. We chose to purchase the Donkey Duo two but really didn’t understand how it all went together and what we needed, it was quite a minefield. I called bugaboo direct and the lady that I spoke to didn’t seem to have the knowledge herself which made the buying process a lot more stressful. When we were having our first baby we bought all our furniture from Nursery Land and they were fab and helped us out with everything that we needed. I called Nursery Land to ask for some help and straight away Elenor knew exactly what I wanted and needed and told me that they even had one in stock. Elenor did me a fantastic deal and we collected our Donkey the next day.

Eleanor is extremely helpful and polite. I purchased a silvercross pram set in January which was simple with her assistance, I paid a deposit and she kept the pram in holding for me until my requested date of April 2020, where I then recieved a phone call to collect. Although we had to attend when the shop was shut to the public via a private appointment due to the current pandemic - Eleanor still managed to sort our collection and maintained a great level of social distancing and a clean environment.
We paid on collection and since I collected the pram I have also ordered a furniture set for delivery in July after shopping around to see what I liked best.

Deposits and payments are easily made. No hassle or fuss

Nurseryland is a very Friendly company and I highly recommend you ask for a set of furniture you may have seen elsewhere but you can not find on their website or in the showroom as they will more than likely be able to get it for you at a very reasonable cost.

Location of the showroom is easy to get to and every thing is neatly laid out making it a painless experience looking around

Staff do not bombard you with sales pitches as soon as you walk through the door so you can browse at your leisure which for me was great as I do not like to be bombarded as soon as I walk through the door of a shop.

All in All a very positive experience and I definitely urge other mums and dads to be to shop here.

Professional, friendly and full of advice. We would highly recommend NurseryLand to family and friends. We bought a Silver Cross Wave with carry cot stand and also the Dream i-Size car seat. Very impressed with the service we received and will be purchasing from there again.
