Hello. Order not received after 2 months. Maxviril uncontactable
Hello. I'd ordered some Maxviril products on the 4th March 2020, payment has gone through via master card and have not received products to date 9th May. Also have been trying to contact maxviril for many weeks now but there contact us page keeps bouncing back, why is that? Are they still in business
The least they could do is make sure customer service is maintained as the inability to contact and or receive some sort of response is not good business
practice. Do I contact my bank to get my money back? Please can someone help or respond to this message to restore my confidence and others as well.

Ordered product from website maxviril-australia.com. back on the 3rd of July 2019, cannot get onto anyone from website as it wont send emails and log into account anymore, have previously used this site many of times and had no issues. Checking my bank statement it states payment went to this website nutrilife-shop.de. So just chasing up if anyone can help me out? As I am hoping i havent been scammed.
