Horrible.

Today I installed a graphics card that this company made 14 years ago because it has a high-definition video output (HDMI). I was so happy to see that, as well, that my computer accepted it, given the graphic card is from 2008, while my computer is from 2016. I opted for the software to install it automatically and then scanned it to see if they could install its drivers on my computer or not. It turns out it cannot! They did not state at all that they no longer support older versions of the operating system. I saw they only support Windows 10 and Windows 11, which sucks! I thought if I installed their latest software, it would automatically scan and tell me which graphics drivers to install as the Radeon software does. What a scam, and judging by the testimonials of others, I’d be best off removing this card from my computer and reverting to the Radeon software, as much as I hate to do so. Worst of all, even older versions throw an error saying they can’t install because it can’t find the graphics card. Disaster!

My Nvidia Shield Pro TV stopped working. Contacted support who said there’s nothing they can do because it is over the 1 year warranty date. Was told it is time to buy another one. Can’t support a company with zero product support or troubleshooting after one year. Buyer beware.

Flase and misleading avertisting

This company had a clickbait promotion on their GeForce Now homepage and despite my efforts, I haven't been able to claim it.

No end date or terms for the promotion were presented, which made me think they just decided to not offer the promotion that was on screen at the time I contacted them.

Additionally, after they realized the mistake they have done, their social media team stopped answering my messages and their website doesn't offer contact details or a complaint process. Reported them to BBB.

I contacted nvidia Live chat (Mansoor)

I contacted nvidia live chat because my son activated my geforce now 3080 tier subscription without my permission. I explained to the agent (Mansoor) that I dont mind losing a month off my sub if I can have the remaining time returned to me in a code to use when I needed it and I was literally told there is nothing he can do and immedietly tried to end the live chat. I asked him to check if the subscription could be frozen and reactivated when needed and he replied saying 'is there anything else?'

Very rude customer service I told him I was very unhappy with his response and he literally could not care any less he just said 'Is that all?' and I disconnected. Feels like they're just too big to care and I know people say it all the time but they genuinely lost a customer today. I will make an effort support any other cloud gaming service than them from now on. I actually loved the geforce now platform too but screw any company that tosses theyre customers off to an indian call centre and doesnt regulate the quality.

UNACEPTABLE!!!!!!

Nvidia offers a free game (Spiderman Remastered) with purchase of an RTX 3080 and above..... apparently they are not!!!! I have purchased RTX 3080 ti O12G through Amazon UK on the 7th of September (the only bloody place that it was available at the time I have purchased the card) and was very happy that I would be able to get a free Spiderman Remastered, I have received my GPU, there is no game code, and when I have contacted the CS, they told me rudely that I should seen that Amazon is not part of the free offer and that I should return the card to Amazon and buy it from another reatailer if I wanted that game.

I bought an GeForce RTX 2060 graphics…

I bought an GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card. The warranty lasts 12 months. The card lasted 13 months.
Total utter garbage.
For a cost of $620 you’d think it would last a tad longer.
Don’t buy this crap. There are far better options.

Some of the worst

Honestly, this is some of the worst experiences I've had with a brand. I was stuck in a login look in the customer service, GFORCE Now has the worst payment options for anyone under 18. Overall not a good first impression.

Buyer beware

Very bad experience, was charged an extra $150 for an RTX 3080 and then they didn’t even apologize, offer a coupon or anything. ON TOP OF that I had to wait 3 weeks despite being charged for shipping to even get any type of correspondence back. I never even received the product, This store doesn’t come through on their promises
If you’re looking to buy one of their products I recommend you go to ShopiOSx. You’ll save money and the headache. I was so surprised to even deal with the customer service
