Great service

First, their prices are fantastic.
Second, their service is first-rate.
Great customer service. I needed to cancel an order as someone else had already purchased the same item. When I called, I wasn't connected to a 'self-service' AI assistant, just a friendly real person, who helped me resolve my cancellation, and set up a refund for my PayPay account, all in less than five minutes. No hassle, just great service, such a rare thing today. I will have no hesitation purchasing from NY Watch Store again.

above and beyond e my purchase my credit…

Well when I made my purchase my credit card for whatever reason didn't go through and instead of just letting it go they got on the phone and they personally called me and asked me what they could do to make this work. And long story short, my watch bands are in the mail and on the way and I greatly appreciate all their help. They went well above and beyond

Terrible customer service

I decided to buy here just because the watch was $15 cheaper than Amazon, BIG MISTAKE, you get what you pay for. I'm from Guatemala sending the watch to some relatives of mine in CT. They emailed me asking for my address in Guatemala for whatever reason never explained, they respond email until the next day even if I responded within 10 minutes giving the information and then they cancelled the orded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
