I was unsure what size (width) band I actually needed but James was patient and persistent and while purchasing a 14mm band, he included both 14mm and 15 mm pins. Sure enough, he was correct! I love the bracelet band as it is easy to get on and off and doesn't have expansion units that will break. Also, I purchased an inexpensive tool set they offer which made putting on and fitting the band very easy. THANK YOU!!

I initially ordered a watch that had a 2-3 week wait, which at the time of ordering was typical. I ended up finding a local place to purchase the watch so I asked that my order be cancelled and I received quick support and quick refund. While on the site I found ANOTHER watch and it was in stock so I ordered that one and it arrived super quick. James was super supportive in the refund process and I’m following up on the second purchase.
