My time at O2
Greeted at the door by Luke who was really welcoming when I walked into the store. I then spoke to Ollie who helped me with bill which was really high. He explained why it was really high and helped with upgrading my phone

Went into the store and was greeted by Ollie, he was wonderful with his knowledge on the recent iPhones, which overall made the experience much easier and less stressful. He also sorted out my sim, which I had a lot of issues with in the past with my bill.

They sent me an email in October 2025…
They sent me an email in October 2025 that the price would be increased in April 2026, but they did the increase from November 2025 without any notification, in January discovered that O2 increase from November and for more money that they notified in the email in October, immediately I cancelled the contract they gave me the date of last day service but they tried to charge me again in February, I called them to explain that our contract had expired, they gave me apologies but the worse from O2 was that damage my credit report because I didn't want to pay after that our contract had expired, really I don't recommend O2 my experience was terrible now my credit score was damaged for fake report from O2
