Dedicated and Professional Staff at Leeds Trinity
I faced a problem with my pay as you go big bundle plan, which the helpline officer couldn't resolve over the phone. I was advised to visit a physical O2 store instead. I went to the O2 store at Leeds Trinity on 10 June 2026 and I was attended to by PK. PK took the time to understand my problem and offered a creative and practical solution - something which even the O2 officer over the phone couldn't figure out. I am greatly appreciative of PK's effort in trying to resolve my problem. The encounter was pleasant and professional. Thank you.

RESOLUTION OF BILLING PROBLEM
The O2 staff who attended to me solved the problems which customer service failed to solve via several phone calls. He is knowledgeable about the systems and procedures, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

PK was a revelation
PK was a revelation. He was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient.
