Mark Ratheram was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to mum including the mobility factors to consider, the processes of the sale and manufacture, prices and safety considerations so that mum could make an informed decision.

Mark was warm and humanistic in his approach and mum felt comfortable with his approach and manner.

John Rose has spent time with my mother today supporting her to find a suitable chair for her needs . He has gone over and above in his attention to detail and for what is best for mum and shows a genuine care and compassion for her situation . The service we have received has been second to none and we extend our sincere thanks to John .

Oak Tree Mobility staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the range of adjustable beds supplied by the company. We were provided with information about each range and all our questions were answered in detail helping us decide which met our needs. Being able to try out the bed/matress we chose was a real bonus too. John Jarvis went to great lengths to ensure that our choice met all our needs.

I ordered a dual motor recliner chair to replace the one I already have. When they delivered the chair it was a single motor chair. I had a lot of hassle with the company saying I had ordered a single motor.
My daughter was with me when I had a demonstration at home and ordered a dual motor I was not given a contract although I asked for one on the day I ordered.
My daughter got involved and the money was refunded.

Mark came and was the most professional person I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
Our concerns became his concerns.
We ended up with exactly what we require now,and the next ten or so years.

Great quality product.We thought we knew what we needed.Without Marks input,we would have purchased the wrong Bed.No hesitation in recommending.

Matt was very pleasant and easy to chat to. Very knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed and pressured into making a purchase. Arrived on time , all options explained and differences in quality of workmanship. Delivery time is really good as its made to our specifications and to join up with BHF to take away old bed is very handy. All round great service with a smile.

I had a visit today from Rod Mason from Oak Mobility to demonstrate one of their chairs. Rod was friendly, professional, and I didn't feel under any pressure to buy immediately (I need a couple of months) which some tradesmen certainly do.

We were presented with a number of options for riser recliner chairs, we are glad to select what we needed to provide back support as well as our comfort requirements. Usman has been very friendly, helpful and thoughtful and we are very pleased with Oak Tree Mobility. We felt no pressure at all. They have been great.

We bought two chairs from Rod Mason - the visit was thorough and everything was explained - the product is good the customer is faulty!

From initial contact booking the appointment Amy was kind, informative and friendly. Excellent service, even accommodated a visit on Saturday. Our salesman Ross was polite, informative, kind and respectful. Mum and Dad are delighted with the service received and very much looking forward to receiving their chairs. Highly recommend.

Steve was very informative and helpful on advising us on all the different types of rise n recline chairs - styles, fabric and what the chair will do . We are purchasing a chair and settee in leather which we where advised on delivery time

Jason came to our house today at the time which was convenient. He took his time to explain everything we needed to know, very knowable about the products. He was never pushy, just informative. We were very happy with the experience.

Michael was very informative and patient (I took a long time choosing fabric). He answered all my questions fully, and after nearly two hours I was fully satisfied with all my options and the timescales for trying out the chair, changing my mind, or ordering a second chair. I was pleased to be able to donate the old chair to the British Heart Foundation.

Very Disappointed. we bought 2 Riser Recliner Chairs in March 2023. They say you get 10 Year Warranty. We called them as my Husband seat Cushion has gone soft and dropped they sent an Engineer out who said it had gone and would be covered in the Warranty. But oh No they class this as Wear and Tear and it is not covered. What is the point of having a 10 Year Warranty if when there is a Fault with the Product they do not cover it. We spent £7000 on these Chairs and expect better Service. They tell you to buy British so you get the best Quality. Well that a joke. Would Never buy from Oak Tree again.
